Quick tip: to magnify force limit, build as much artillery brigades as you can mobilize infantry brigades, especially if you're fighting nations with slow mobilization, or who outnumber you significantly.
You still need standing army stacks though, so a balance between what you just said is required and making full professional stacks before you can mo(r)bilize
@@Micro-Lander Tbh, not really. Poland is extremely geographically small, and will mobilize quickly. Furthermore, if you attack first, you can preemptively mobilize, with only a small chance of a bad event hitting you for it.
This seems exactly like my Romania game, playing the three sorrounding gps against each other to get all your cores back until you ally the French. Just way more difficult.
@@Super_Gman_Guy Depends on what you want. HPM, HFM and GFM allmhave different purposes whilest doing the same. HPM is just better Vanilla HFM is a more rail roaded HPM And GFM is a more rail roaded, flavoursome and especially detailed version of HFM
@@Super_Gman_Guy gfm is fun because of all the events and decisions. You can attack a lot of people with those things and get a good country to run. Gfm is my fav but those other 2 are pretty good too
You could simply wait, when Poland was released during first run. When Poland is free (POL, not CPL), every other polish tag (Krakow, Galicia-Lodomeria, Silesia, Pomerelia) gets an event in which Poland annexes them and if you play as one of that tags, you change to Poland.
BTW. There's a mod called Concert of Europe on PDX forum which starts in 1821, so it's easier to play as Poland since the Congress one still exists. (Though the November Uprising from 1830 still occurs...)
Hey SGT, this was a great video. Any successful Vicky 2 campaign just isn’t the same without a good mix of aesthetically pleasing and gorey borders, so good job on that final Poland. 😁 I have a question: out of all the upcoming A-Z countries, which are you most excited to play?
1:00 Oh, I know about that strategy and honestly, it's not very fun. You are not missing anything by not doing it Also, sorry for the odd question, but what editing program are you using? I am trying a similar thing to you and my program is a pain to use. Thx
Why you didn't trucebreak russia? You should consider it especially if you enemy has no army and 100 prestige less is not really that sometimes is really good strategy to truce break
At which point In the game are you referencing. For a while I needed to get GP in order to break free from the Germans to ally the French. There it makes more sense not to truce break, but later in the game I totally could have
@@SGT i say in general you should consider it more, you never di once also the militancy some time is nice to get health care and education reform, but here I'm referring before the campaign ended
Poland is actually not very racist. We are a proud western democracy not some xenophobic balkan state. Every country has problems, homophobia is sadly pretty common here
@@SGT It's not exactly an offensive word. The direct translation is just "f.uck" but in combination with others it can mean almost anything both positive and negative. You were probably asked to say it because of how common the word is in everyday life (it's a bit of a meme here)
@@SGT You butchered the pronunciation a little bit. That was the only offensive part. Unless you plan on being a child friendly channel were words like "f.uck" are forbidden then you should be fine
@@filiprohn1643 it's good, it just annoys me that talking about history, Poland is constantly portrayed as a 100% victim, although in fact this is a lie! I am very sorry for the civilians killed by the Nazis or the Bolsheviks, but after World War 1, it was Poland who, wanting to restore the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, started the war and it was stupid to think that the USSR would not want to return what it had lost in the future! just like Poland took part in the partition of Czechoslovakia :) I wish modern Poland and its inhabitants only the best, just stop pretending that only Germany and Russia wanted expansion.
@@Artur-qq1ef6zm1l Those were troubled times. Looking at todays world it's ironic that Polish-Bolshevik war was started over Ukrain in 1919. Honestly I don't think there was even official declaration, just both sides meeting in the middle of Ukrain and it all went from there. Hope the conflict today will be resolved so eastern europe will finally be at peace .
Kurwa can mean alot of bad words but primarily it is used as the F word and sometimes the B word. Also not all of Poland is homophobic and Racist, at least where a majority of my family lives in Poland😁
In GFM I believe there is an event that is called "starting buffs" and that is one of the options. Krakow is technically not playable in GFM but I found a way to do it nonetheless
As someone who played Krakow in HPM(fucking pain yet rewarding) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Dup_tsISs0s.html this video helped me, there was also one AAR guide on reddit I found
@@SGT It removes French culture in HFM/HPM and any mod which is their derivative (HFMe aka GFM) included. However, if you have time, you can just conquer North Germany and France and just manual core it
@@SGT their would be some nations that wouldn't get too powerful like Haiti that you could slowly grab and plus you can always ally with the big powers until you have taken enough nations I'm sure Britian or Scandinavia would love to ally you
