How leaning into the uncomfortable will liberate you!

I hope that the lessons I have been traversing inspire you to know that the more you lean into the uncomfortable, the more you can transmute the patterns of behaviour that no longer serve the version of you that you are becoming and really LIBERATE YOURSELF from these stories.
