I’m glad Dr Victor touched on the topic of plastic use coz I see a lot of people using plastic’s when handling hot food & liquids which is worrisome coz of the chemicals released when plastic is exposed to heat. And another thing, in as much as some Doctors say that the pill is safe, it does have side effects & I believe it’s good to do your own research to establish what the long term effects are of taking some of these contraceptives, don’t just believe everything the medics tell you. There are some useful ovulation trackers or fertility tracker apps that can help in this area. Consult google for further info.

I safe abortion is like any other medical procedure and it does not necessarily affect your capacity to get children in the future. It is a touchy subject and we have been told a million times how bad it is, that it affects our bodies etc. We forget to mention that the risk is because it is done in unsafe way. So, i love the doctors response, because medically it has not been proven to affect fertility.
When the doctor talked about the sexual network I was reminded of the multiple pills unmarried women take to deter pregnancy. I love how the doctor handled the issue of abortion.

I thought i was the only one who had a mixed experience with him. A gyn friend of mine referred me to him because he was going to live in the country. Antenatal was amazing. He was actually good. But giving birth was a nightmare. He constantly lost his temper even towards my husband. In the 3 hrs i was in the hospital, he threatened me twice with a Csection. But as God would have it, a midwife came in cz i was screaming really badly. From the talk with the midwife that had been there with him, this other midwife was more senior. What i noticed was that she was not listening to him and was more concerned with calming me down. And bouy did she. And within 10 mins of her showing up, i gave birth. This was baby no. 2. My first was purely handled by midwives and it was awesome. The one with a gyn was a no. Next time, i will ask the gyn to sit out and the midwives handle me. When i checked him out after he was 2 years into tge practice. I sure hope with time his experience will grow cz he has some good aspects about him.
As a 41 year old single mom about to get married!! This is key to help me in my fertility journey, I would really love to bear another or two children, I need to change it up starting now!!
