HOW LONG DOES A SEXUAL ASSAULT INVESTIGATION TAKE? 

The court system on any crime, takes way too long...in my opinion. I believe their should be a fast track system, like i seen in a video, about a county in Africa. Also, judges have way to much power. They are supposed to represent your peer, the pinnacle of your community right? What the court system needs is a balance, between punishing those who have committed a crime in the community such as robbery and assault, and government and business laws created by the non community entities. I saw for those, we need to bring back court jesters.
