If not for Desilu Studios owned and operated by Desi & Lucy, the original Star Trek series would not have come about. They were very interested in the Star Trek idea and invested their money into producing the episodes. Those two were obviously ahead of their time when it came to science fiction.

Probably Desi Arnaz was 100% descendant of Spaniards. According some idiots in the USA anybody coming from European countries with shores in the Mediterranean Sea are not 'White' enough ...
