@@emil3458They died with coronavirus. Many died from other ailments that may have been made worse by Covid or due to a covid weakened immune system. Very few healthy individuals died from Covid.
If you look at China, say starting in 2000, it's population growth has been pretty linear - gaining 8 to 9 million people per year. Then with COVID - it's population has essentially not changed - that would indicate that 30-35 million people no longer exist in China - a far cry from the 120,000 deaths they have 'officially' claimed.

It's so sad to watch these stats. One thing that's aggravating is that in the US if some got killed from blunt forced trauma in a motorcycle accident but the autopsy showed that they had Covid then that stat would be added to the list even though Covid wasn't the cause of death.
So, there are approximately 5,000 death per year due to motorcycle accidents. For the purposes of discussing this graph we can call that 20,000. Even if all of them were attributed to covid, it doesn't change the total by much.

Unfortunately, my country, Brazil has more than 700,000 deaths from Covid 19. This happened due to many reasons, but the lack of awareness on the part of the federal government did contribute to many of these deaths, including my great-uncle Pedro, who passed away in April 2021. This will NOT be the last pandemic. I personally never got COVID-19 when it happened. Saw were this was going & took action when it first began & simply never left my house except to grab groceries. Sad for the people who didn't make it. 😢

Those numbers are pretty terrifying in the end: over 4 million people total, with over 1 million of those from the USA alone. Also, I know the UK handled the pandemic quite poorly in some aspects, but it surprises me that we (UK) are quite low down compared to other countries. It is really saddening to think of just how many have perished from Covid, however.
Many were pneumonia complicated by Covid . It would be interesting to see the pneumonia stats. China would at the top if they were honest about their numbers. RIP to all that didn't survive.

the United States is 50 states. Brazil is 200,000,000 people. the United Kingdom is 66,000,000 the proportion between Brazil and England is almost identical. the proportion between the number of inhabitants of NYS 19680000 and deaths 52900. is slightly favorable, therefore it shows that the United States has performed well even in an area with high population density. obviously rich inhabitants who can have access to good healthcare. such a favorable population/death ratio has only been seen in Italy among nations with high population density.

The reason that the US is on top is because it's practice regarding death certificates is different from much of the world. In the UK, for example, a doctor must decide only one thing as the cause of death. But in the US, it is the practice to list every condition that the deceased had. So if someone in the UK had leukemia and caught covid before they died, the doctor would attribute it to one or the other. But in the US, a doctor would write leukemia, covid, kidney disease, bad arteries and basically anything that the person took medication for. So when the registrars of the various states were asked to send their records in to the Federal departments, some states issued instructions that anyone who had covid on their certificates were to be recorded as a covid death. The US wasn't any worse than anywhere else, it was just politicised, and you are proof that it was successful. The number of people who died OF covid rather than WITH covid is very different, but the real numbers would not have been enough to scare people.
To be honest I think that pandemic is not completly over it's just forgotten or not so intense now, I rememɓer when first person in Estonia was infected but me and my friends thought it wouldn't be a problem here because after a few days second infected person was discovered and then more infected, we had to stay in online classes and I loved that, then I got covid in 2022 march but I was okay but there are several things that covid made better and worse, better things : because of quarantine it was extremely peacuful outside, I could smell how fresh the air was, now bad things : after 1.9 years from pandemic everything changed : my friends were making kind of rap battles in school that annoyed me, there are so many people outside again, worldwide chip shortage, life was not the same anymore

@@pakaatpulps There are way more unhealthy people in the USA compared to the rest of the world based on their diet of processed foods, overeating in general and lazy lifestyle. These types of people were on borrowed time and going to die sooner rather than later. Getting Covid simply made sure of it.

No country has managed to handle the CV-19 well. Argentina, for example, adopted all the WHO measures, however, today it suffers the consequences for this: it is having an absurd inflation in the country because it adopted these complete closure measures (lockdown), in addition, of course, to the inapplicable measures of the *President. Unlike Brazil, which, in fact, many people died, but managed to emerge victorious from the Pandemic and today does not suffer the economic consequences of it. *I just hope Javier Milei can win and resolve this issue.
