Today I'm taking another pro GeoGuessr accuracy test, this time to see how many 5Ks I can get when I only have 90 seconds per round. This is an experimental format so let me know your thoughts in the comments, and give the video a like if you enjoyed it :)

What was the fastest 5K you've ever gotten?

Just about 5 seconds flat in USVI. Immediately went there NMPZ and plonked the center of the island, which also happened to be the 5k :)

The one corner west of the airport runway on Midway that kept coming up on the world map, in a few seconds. Must have had that loc a dozen times or so when Duels were still on the World Map.

I’m a beginner but the other day I was playing ACW no moving and I got a 5k in Estonia in about 30 seconds and I was pretty happy with that

I like this format. My only tip would be that when you do these quick 1:30 challenges, it's not really necessary to also skip the timer now and then. It's nice to be able to follow the entire process, even if you're just scanning for 10 seconds here and there.

I definitely get what you're saying. I have cuts sometimes just as a result of my narration style and editing preferences. I don't like to have much dead air in my videos and most of what I cut out is largely irrelevant

5:15 Qatar vs UAE car - Qatar car has a ridged roof (and an antenna), whilst UAE car has a smooth roof panel :)

Great NA rounds, especially lining up that road in Nevada. Definitely some tough ones though. Rural aus is basically impossible, especially with that time limit!

I’ve seen midway island rounds like 20 times but they have always been at the end of the runway😮 I’ve never seen the other little roads full of birds 🐦

Qatar's google car (old doha coverage) will have rails on the outside of the truck, whereas UAE's car never has it, its an easy way to remember

CG you can use enter rather than spacebar for the movement trick as well, so you wont accidently submit the guess

Fun fact about the Norway location: Because it gets so little sun due to the high mountains around, they installed mirrors to shine sunlight down to the town-square

Is there any reason why you didn't at least guess up near 1001 in the SK round? You had 35, 60, and 1001 on the signs but ignored the 1001. Obviously this is coming from a backseat perspective, but using the 1001 from the first sign would have at least had you keep your first click, which was closer, and probably would have allowed you to 5k based on the blue road sign with the street name if you were zooming into that area.

CG is a great player but after watching the World Cup, you understand why he didn’t get past the qualifiers. Those players are just on another level

I won the qualifier and was in the World Cup, did you mean the group stage? I was definitely on the weaker side of the 24 players though that's for sure
