not really because it takes up to 1-3 years AFTER the process of the surgery is complete to fully recover with PT and then even then you will still be missing the wingspan of basketball players who usually have bigger wingspans than their 6'7 bodies.

I did 5 Inches on Femur, I could compete in sports 1 year later. You could push it to five Inches if your 5 7 and young and do a lot of Training during lengthening

@@Asferprivateno bro do not miss lead people 4 inches femur is possible but tough process. U could get like 2 max out of tibia and its not recommended to go over thats too much on the soft tissue. I also have heard of a process where they do both at same time lol.

That is only 6 inches, it is pretty much guaranteed in 2 surgeries. But if u are 5'7, you can possibly get up to 6'3 like this man said.
