I have a great wife, family, and job even though short. Still would like to be taller. If this was like a one month recovery without so many potential complications, I might do it. So if you really wanted to do all that, then you could become between 5'8-5'9. For photos, you could do the foot trick where you raise one of your feet like an inch or 2 off the floor so it looks like your taller in pics like how many celebrities do and it goes unnoticed. So if there is someone you know that is 5'10, then you would look like the same height if you did all of these things in a photo as well.
