Great story of hope and love. In December 2021 I a was diagnostic with prostate cancer with spread to glands, bones and lungs. I started in Oktober 2021 with the Wim Hof Method without knowing that I had cancer. In 2022 I was treated with radiation therapy, during that period I did the WHM every other day. I didn’t need medication against nausea, headache and pain from the start. During this period of radiation therapy, I felt good and without complication at all. The tumor shrinked and the cancer got away for now. Resume I can definitely tell that the WHM extremely helped to boost my immune system. I felt very good during the treatment and the WHM ensured that my blood values remained perfectly stable before and after each of the six radiation therapy treatments. Today I am still exercising and feeling good. 😊

Hi, my mom is struggling with cancer 4th stage. I recently got to know about cryotherapy and want to know more. My mom is on allopathic treatment which involves radiation and other medicines. We are not sure how effectively it would work but reluctant to unfollow the only proven measures (allopathy). Can we try cold exposure therapy along with these treatments? Would it be helpful? If there's any other thing you can suggest, please do..

I suffered badly from Burma and Ross River Fever for about 2 years. One morning I woke up feeling so bad (suicidal), I had to to do something, anything to change the way I felt at that moment. 4am mid winter I walked straight into a freezing cold shower and never looked back. 1 month later not a trace tace of fever in my system and doc said that blood results don't get any better than mine. Get cold daily and become a force of nature.

My husband began the breathing exercises when he was going through his second round of chemotherapy. He has no effects from chemo, just a little tired. His next and final round is next week. We do breathing exercises and meditation daily. And, also cold showers!

I was dx with 2 large tumors in my pelvis area- unknown if benign or malignant for I cannot get surgery yet. I bn in pain. I did the breathing exercises a couple of times today and my pain has reduced abt 75% to 80%. I felt more like myself today. Thank you. 😊 People have bn praying for me diligently too.

There has been three times in my life where i felt i was coming down with a cold or "covid" or anything. I just lost my Dad to stage 4 pancreatic cancer as well back in end of May.. he was given an extremely poor prognosis and only lived for 2 months after being diagnosed, but I wonder if we had done ice baths every day or just many different scenarios could he have survived. Pancreatic cancer is literally one of, if not the worst cancers to get from a survivability standpoint though and is widely considered a death sentence so it’s tough to say. He chose not to do chemo either.. I’m so sorry for your loss, truly one of the worst possible things to experience as a family member. I hope you’re able to find peace in your brother’s passing ❤️

It was hands down the most painful and traumatic experience of our lives as my brother lived for a year after diagnosis. Unusual for pancreatic cancer but almost wish it had been quicker due to the suffering. I suppose that really starting from now I’ll be doing the Wim Hoff method so that if I get sick then I’m already doing something helpful.

Super inspiring story! Well done and welcome to the survivor’s club 😀. WHM helped me too in my fight against lymphoma. I also kept running during chemo, despite the fact that chemo Für lymphoma basically wipes out one’s blood cell production - all of them. The breathing especially was a wonderful thing - did wonders for my energy and my mind. I’m now >2 years cancer free.

Thanks for the inspiration. I’m mid treatment for nHL doing Intermittent Fasting, low carb and 60 (36+24)hour fast around infusion. Never could do running but exercise as much as possible on a good rebounder (Cellercise) in place + Wim breathing, but not enough, and no cold yet. Great numbers coming back and no chemo side effects so far; just reduced stamina and a bout of gout cased by dead C cells leaving my body.

Keep going 😃 I couldn’t do the cold therapy between the infusions, as for some reason they made me very sensitive to cold. But I started as soon as possible at the end of the treatment. I also avoided sugar and junk food completely

Absolutely brilliant. Shows it is a combination of mindset and reprogramming the body. One's mind is more powerful than any cancer cells. As a fitness coach of 50ys ( so far lol ), this brought tears to my eyes. This hero should be awarded the highest honour, whatever the Royals dish out. He should be a houshold name. Of course, he won't, in the same way the Hoff Meister was villified in his earlier years. The establishment dont want to know. Kudos, Marcos! They just found out my very curable breast cancer has spread into the lungs. I will do what you did. Fight! It can be done! What helped me through my first chemo round is chemofasting which my doctors want to recommend every patient as soon as the results from bigger studies are in. In one or two years this could be standard. The healthy cells are in hunger mode and cannot take in the poison whereas cancerous cells eat it even more. My routine: When I had chemo every three weeks on Mondays, I fasted from Saturday 11 am to Wednesday 3 pm. I was always the one with the littlest of side effects. People please look into this, it works! Also, positive mindset: which for me means not listening to my doctor who says: we're no longer treating gor healing. But rather read or watch stories like Marcos'. I also have a story in a cancer mag which starts with the words: When they first discovered my pancreatic cancer in 1992... the story is written in 2022! This sentence is with me all the time. The person healed himself through meditation and inner images. Thank you, Wim Hof!

I believe in Wim Hof's method. Breathing, cold showers. I wasn't sick for years and went right through the covid pandemic without any problems. Had contact to people who became sick. I was fine and I'm sure I will be fine for the time coming. Thanks for the good news, how cancer was conquered. All the best for the future.

I’ve heard of other survivors of cancer, in chemo treatment, exercising, with great outcomes. I’ve got cancer, the slow and obnoxious type of prostate cancer. Fortunately I’m in a study using a form of targeted therapy. Oh yeah, I’m in for doing the cold exposure, and breathing, and the exercise.

@@celiad6012 ,it’s PMSA targeting therapy, however I’m in the B arm for now ( standard of care). That said, I will get the studied therapy when growth is detected. Imho both should extend my life, with better quality of life.

I'm just beginning to do these guided breath meditations and it's simply enmeshed in my spiritual awakening which began 21 years ago when I was able to hold my breath for 15 minutes and I didn't know how that was possible, but I was breathing like this when it happened. the record breath holding is 12 and a half minutes, held by a free diver (undewater the pressure is different and allows such long breath holds).

My husband recently died from lukemia, where the wbc count soars to devastatingly high numbers (“lukemia” means “white blood” as the wbc soars so high and the rbc drops so low that their blood can actually look white in end stages). if cold exposure causes the wbc count to go much higher, it doesn’t appear that this therapy would be appropriate for lukemia. It seems rather bizarre to me as another natural approach to cancer is high heat therapy, as the cancer cells die much more easily from a fever than do normal cells. The majority of cancer patients we knew in our clinic were extremely ill, weak, and frail, and could hardly walk. So this is an extraordinary case, and there’s much to learn, but it’s wonderful this worked for him.

Thanks a lot for sharing , from someone who ist just in the struggle. There are lots of ways to go through.I Just decided to do my yoga outside in Winter. Keep healthy and positive- do not believe that diagnose of incurable ore palliative !
