While Shaq went for quantity, Jordan went for quality. The only flaw that Jordan has is an ironic one, and that is basketball related, team ownership and management, he cannot recognize talent or build diligently even a decent team, he believes because of his fame and connections it would come along easy but team owners are some of the most stingy, lying strangest people you will meet and usually have nothing to do with basketball itself but usually instead see it as a cash cow or have money to burn just for the bragging rights of owning a team or a side hobby millionaires/billionaires participate in, not all are bad look at Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, he definitely isn't no Steve Balmer.
