Officer’s wives were the worst. Driving their husbands car on the weekend with the blue sticker in the window, wearing civilian attire, but would still tattle to the Commanding General that she wasn’t getting saluted. So annoying.
Fortunately the blue stickers are no more. I’ve heard stories of those dependas expecting a salute of the vehicle. Although at Fort Sill many years ago the Marines training there would salute vehicles of officers.

Man, I ran into too many wives that thought THEY held the same rank as their husbands. Each and every time the husband would come and apologize to us. A certain 0-6 had a wife like this....Colonel came out to us, apologized for his wifes actions and said she would never act like that with us again. Everytime we saw her after that, she was so friendly! I always wondered what the Colonel said to her.
I was conversing with a military wife about that culture of superiority that was permitted to contaminate military bases. It's frowned upon because there really is no excuse to not reflect the discipline that men and women that serve do daily.

It’s a skit. And second of all police, and military are held to a higher standard. It doesn’t always workout that way but if they would of done this, they would of been written up or fired. I wish they could say stuff like this to the public when needed, but they can’t.

In my country (Romania) there are many law breakers who try to intimidate with the same f.....g lines: Do you know who I am, do you know who's my husband and so on. RESPECT for the guy who stoped the so-called lady!
