This is the teachings from the Buddha, the creams of happiness comes from mindfulness practice. Chasing for delusions and cravings for money or power which caused sufferings and stress of fight or flight responses lead to negativities included judges, clinking on, and disriminated toward not reality. “Mindfulness is the energy generated from the inbreaths and outbreaths only in the present moment in the here and now,” by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, a Nobel Peace Prize nominate by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
