Well, Dunst's MJ was in New York during all 3 movies. And Peter didn't tend to disappear before Spider-Man would appear to save her. The closest that came to happening is after they say goodbye, and she goes down an alley, and Peter notices those guys following her. Though I do wonder how she wasn't at least a little suspicious after Peter left over a table and grabbed her to dodge a car flying through the window. Andrew's Peter tells Gwen he is Spider-Man pretty early on. Zendaya's version of MJ noticed Spider-Man tended to be wherever Peter was. Honestly, how many school trips does that school take anyway? They go to Washington D.C., Spider-Man is there. Go to Europe, Spider-man is there. She had alot of evidence to work with
Tobey MJ : Accidentally found out You are Spider-Man Andrew Gwen Stacy : You tell her that you are Spider-Man Tom MJ : She tells you that you are Spider-Man Miles Gwen Stacy : She tells you that She is Spider-Girl
I love the Zendeya version of MJ, she is very nice kind and loving character and above all loyal to her partner unlike the Kristen Dunst version who cheat on peter literally in every movie and still plays the victim card...
In 2000s spider man MJ and Peter were only friends till final movie even than she broke up with him because she was force too because of Harry threatening to do something (I don't remember exactly what since it been around 15 years since I seen Spiderman 3).
Taking this into consideration, there's no reason why the two won't find each other in a future MCU feature because (technically) MJ is still MJ. I think it would be a beautiful twist of fate and I'd love to see it.
@@kevlark3184 I'm not one for DEI. I always think skill and talent should be front and center. In any fantasy that has a multiverse anything is possiable. Things like what netflix called a documentury on cleopatra they should have stayed true to history. When they changed races it is no longer a documentury. If it wasn't suppouse to be a documatery i wouldnt have given a shit what her race was.
Zendaya just nailed the role for MJ. Pure comic accurate, this is how MJ should have been in Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man movies. (Let's not talk about her red hair and the recent Spidey comics because they are all f***ed up)
By seeing this Peter getting into the detention room and MJ being there when she was not punished then also being their in Detention room does make sense
She more found out than figured it out. Figuring it out is more implying she deduced he was Spider-Man which obviously was not the case since her reaction was being surprised when she found out
The aunt’s always find out. In Spider-Man 2 (Tobey’s series), his aunt found out at the bank scene. In The Amazing Spider-Man (Andrew’s series), his aunt probably found out in the second movie or later (I say the second one because her monologue about secrets). In the Homeverse(? 😂 - Tom’s series), May found out at the end of the first movie, but probably had inklings and little jokes to herself (e.g. *Tony Stark shows up at her door* “Oh, must be here to recruit Peter. After all, he disappears during nights and the next day, the news says how Spider-Man saved a bunch of people from that fire or whatever.”). *Edit:* The reason I say the bank scene is mainly because the little look(s) she gives Spider-Man. It’s also because at the end of the scene, when they land in the park, Spider-Man says “We sure showed him.” This could (obviously) mean Otto, but it could also mean the bank guy. She gives him a little look then too, only it’s more obvious in this scene. *Edit 2:* Andrew’s aunt must’ve had _at least_ 5% known or figured. The dude turned off the TV every time they either reported a crime or hit out at Spider-Man. Thinking about it, he didn’t make much of an effort to hide it either. As for Tobey, he (Peter) did say that he was there when Uncle Ben died. She probably pieced two and two together. Overall, I’m surprised the Aunt’s don’t just automatically know due to their nephew’s voice.
@trishyangel123 No Tom's Aunt May was the only one that found out after actually seeing him in the costume and when she saw it she freaked out like she had no idea. Andrew's Aunt May kept hounding him about where he's been throughout the movies implying she had absolutely no idea and that's where the secrets came from. She probably thought he was out doing drugs or something. Tobey's Aunt May possibly knew by the second one the way she gave the speech to Peter that kids like their neighbor's need a hero but that's only speculation
His aunt found out just by being lucky to walk into his room when he arrived home while wearing his suit, and MJ declared in far from home she had suspicion but was totally not sure until Peter admitted it to her on the bridge outside their hotel.
