This information is super helpful! I always appreciate people who contribute to others in the communities of interest for enthusiasts. However, could you possibly provide links in the descriptions? Those would really help. Keep the videos coming brother!
Amazon is definitely killing it. Your truck looks sweet! Enjoy bro. I have an 05 F150 and I'm working a budget build because I'm cutting corners where I can. I'm just ur married working guy and my pockets are not that deep and I don't have sponsor's except for my 9 to 5 😆 Nicely done young man👍
I had a 6.0 and all I did to bulletproof it, was trade it in for a Cummins lol. Good video. 6.0s are great but def gonna need to dump money into them, to get rid of all the headaches. All in all, I was close to $8k into mine.
Kevin Johnson how do you like the drivability of the 6.2? I have a 14’ ram 2500 with the 6.4 hemi because I absolutely could NOT find a 6.2 4x4 4 door within my price range near me.
@@jaronmartin4827 I only use it to drive around town for now but I do plan on plowing snow with it one day. To drive it, its a hard ride (a truck) tons of power to pass other cars. I used the 350 dually and 250 single cabs when I had a landscaping business in the early 90s. My 350 is only a single cab dude I opted to go with it because I don't need the extra room.
So what was the total for everything and the truck before you did everything to it? Just wanting to know because I’m thinking about doing the same thing for the 6.0 I might buy
Hey allhail i have a question i picked up a 2006 nascar edition f250 i cant find anything out about it its number 047.its in the shop right now doing full rebuild.bulletprof ect.if you know anything about them or anybody does please let me know i live in ontario so i figured i would check with the boys to the south.sweet ride man 6.0 life let the haters hate😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄
Yes the 6.0 is a really great engine people just underestimate it and 144 thousand miles on a Diesel engine is not that bad I have 222,000 miles on mine and still runs and drives ok. And make sure you get the service done
Brian heyne i have an 06 nascar edition apparently there wasnt to many made thought you may think thats kinda cool .nice trucks boys it was funny because i said i would. Never by a 6.0 but what do ya know i ate my worlds
I need some help. I am thinking about purchasing an 06 f250. It’s been bulletproofed, 63 mm turbo, lift, tune etc. pretty much far from stock. The truck has 150,000 miles and the guy wants 18 grand for it. Is that to much for the truck??
The big expenses for a 6.0 are the head studs/head gasket and any oil/coolant/fuel filter systems. Sure you could get crazy with new injectors, FICM, etc but pretty much everything else mentioned would apply to any truck build. Certainly still cheaper than building up a 6.7 when you factor the price of the truck.
Not a ford fan but my buddy has a 04 six oh respect for sticking with it an building it they can be nasty when there built Smoked him in my LBZ thou lol
Alfredo Sanchez I see nobody got back to you but Honestly it depends on a lot of stuff mileage where you live etc but me personally I would do everything on a 6.0 myself these things are so easy to work on but if you went to a shop where I live it’ll run about 4-8k in parts and labor
im my case i dont feel like turning wrenches and dont have the time to do it, and dont know how to do it, other job make more money than turning wrenches.
If you're worried about money, RU-vid literally has instructive videos on literally every no-fab installation done. Daily drivers are harder but it's still not that hard

Just bought a 05 6.0 truck like that but little more work done to it for 11k lol that makes me feel slot better he handed me 10k in receipts in the last 20,000 miles . Has 155k now , stupid fast but I'm scared to get on it
Hey boss, not trying to be rude here, try to help ya out a lil but, it was kind of distracting with the traffic behind you, just a lil loud, just sayin👍🏽👍🏽 love your truck and videos tho!!!
Great comments and videos your doing. Promoting the 6.0 and making it great! I love it! coming from an 05 F350 cc , LB 6.0 Lariat. I'm a huge 6.0 fan. Fix em, then love em! Thanks for the great videos man!
Well I guess the title kinda says it all but I will have to say brother man no such thing lol😂😄. I will be the first to admit I have owned some fast cars and some beefed up trucks. Well as a matter of fact l have a Ford f150 that pulled our 13,000 lb RV 2 1/2 miles down the road to a pull off spot to figure out what happened to it. But anyways we have this f150 with a 4.6 v8 Windsor not the mustang's Romeo. But it is 4x4 sb stepside lol so don't ever think you spent to much man your just a true truck guy and it's a part of who you are and what you are it say a lot about you. my wife and me are thinking on getting another 1 ton dually again we like the way they drive. Besides our last 1 ton was a single wheel but one heck of a truck 454 4 speed auto 4x4 and I really like the truck and my wife didn't want to make payments any more and we let it go back. But your truck looks really good I like the way it is set up. Well peace out brother man and many blessings to you.
Because of your videos ive bin savin for a 6.0.. Almost have enough.. Would of bought it sooner but i already bought a 6in lift, 20x12s, 42x15.5 and bushwacker cutout flares.. This way i know for sure ill buy a f250 lol damn you! :D
Matt WiththeBigD before my 6.0 I had 7.3 and had more into it performance wise and it didn't make what my 6.0 makes power wise. yes the 7.3 was a tank of a motor but it was a dog
if you get these trucks you shouldnt be afraid of a wrench and some work. you paid someone 600 to put on a lift kit? 300 for a pillar stack? shit its leaf springs in the back and springs up front not that complicated, took me 2 days to do a 6 inch. thats why your "build" is so much dude, you paid another man to do all your work. All your video tags a so dramatic btw
Guys. News flash!!!…”Bulletproofing” is such a lose term and will get the buyer in BIG trouble when looking for one of these trucks. And got me suckered in when I found mine with the whole “it’s been Bulletproofed” SCAM!! Well there is really only 2 major things to do on this truck that is worth purchasing the “Bulletproof” brand! 1. Remote Oil Cooler $2400!!! Get good oil and change often and flush coolant often! Problem solved!! 2. Most important is their brand EGR Cooler. Mine has delete 3. Maybe their brand water pump. But so many other good alternatives that use steel impellers for a lot less money. 4. Maybe a 6.0 to 7.3 fan clutch adapter. Again, other good alternatives out there for less. The rest of the other needed upgrades for the 6.0 have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BRAND “BULLETPROOF”!!! The most important things: 1. ARP Head studs (DONE CORRECTLY AND NOT by removing and doing 1 at a time!!!) 2. Oringed Heads w/ good head gaskets again done the right way. 3. Replace all parts where updates are recommended for YOUR year model! And go OEM! Unless a good proven aftermarket product. But be careful what you can get away with and what to stay away from. 4. Use good quality gaskets. 5. Air Dog Fuel separator 6. Coolant filtering system 7. Bypass oil filter that uses the Amsoil filter 8. A FICM that is putting out the correct voltage. I am putting in a whole new engine and had to redo EVERYTHING because I got scammed with someone who did a backyard “BULLETPROOF” job. And when I’m all done I will be proud to say that I WILL NOT HAVE THE FIRST BULLETPROOF ITEM ON MY ENTIRE TRUCK!!! Unless I ever decide to get an EGR cooler.
