I have always been curious about how different toy companies and lines stack up against each other from a sales perspective. Now that I have a store, I also have DATA, so let’s dive in and take a look!

Not surprised in WH40K JoyToy #'s here in th4 states but look to the future because if the Henry Cavil/Amazon content is good your going to see a major uptick (if you still have stock)

I did enjoy this Big Nerdy. I appreciate the transparency. I will admit that I'm surprised to hear that y'all are number 3 after BBTS and EE, but I'm so glad y'all are. Sometimes its exhausting LOL. We actually hired someone to help with it. Her name is Chrissy and she worked with me for years at Panera where we were both General Managers of different stores. She is fantastic with customers so I am super happy to have her.

That was a pretty interesting stream of data, and I really liked how you clarified every piece of data being based on like....how much you ordered or demand and stuff like that. It's always interesting to see how different parts of the industry change in terms of performance and sales of different toy lines.

My primary is BBTS for most stuff , Pulse for Hasbro, your store is my backup especially for harder to find stuff that’s already sold out on the more well known stores Being in the know lets you know what we nerds will want

I use Nerdzoic when there's something I want ASAP. Since they're pretty close to me the 2-day shipping costs next to nothing. I use BBTS for pre-orders and stuff I don't mind waiting on. And occasionally weird, obscure import figures.

Classified Series being that low is surprising! But maybe a lot Classified Series collectors just don’t know about your store yet and have stayed with other online options for now? 🤷‍♂️ idk. An interesting video to be sure.

The JoyToy stat wasn't terribly surprising yet still disappointing. I'm a huge JoyToy fan, but rarely purchase from American retailers. By the time BBTS, Nerdy, USAGS, etc... get JoyToy in stock that same product has already been available at ShowZ/GunDamIt, Flyima, etc... for a few weeks and at a price that's $3-30 cheaper per unit. The Chinese retailers just kill the American retailers' figure prices. I think BBTS succeeds by sitting on inventory until the Asian retailers are out of stock, then BBTS becomes the main game in town.

The NECA Warduke is one of the best figures released last year. The whole NECA reimagining of The LJN Dungeons and Dragons line is killing it.

As a statistician, and I love stats. And I appreciate you providing context to your rankings/numbers. I was most surprised by the rankings of units sold per SKU. But also, the smaller companies like Four Horsemen are doing better than I thought.

My dad and I also run a small business , so this video was definitely interesting to me. We have a really great guy that saved us a ton on our processing fees. I always enjoy hearing what others pay in those fees.

I don't know any other way to do this but everyone that reads this needs to shop with the team at Nerdzoic. I made my first order Tuesday and got it early, it was packaged better than any other store I've ordered collectibles from. Goodbye BBTS and Amazon I'm only shopping with Big Nerdy and Miss Nerdy. Hopefully other toy hunters will see this. Give them a try, I guarantee you will be beyond impressed. They got the system down! I'm gonna order everything from them from now on. Y'all won me over. Yeah I would have bought some of those Mafex from you. This was so transparent. You can’t beat numbers. Damn that was some interesting data. I agree if you had purchased some of those other brands you probably would have sold them. Not sure if you plan on risking by ordering more inventory of those companies you mentioned.

Some of the stats kind of reaffirm my guesses (like Valaverse being great sellers but would be higher if they weren't always sold out), while others were pretty shocking (Gargoyles selling so well).

I always say those troops(special ops, delta trooper, urban troopers, desert trooper, riot trooper, artic trooper) should be constantly being reissued. They sell out so fast and are wonderful. Those are my favorite from Valaverse.

Love the data. Surprised by the gargoyles sales, as the giant space those take up and locking the other wings behind other figures, pushed me out of the line. I also wasn't a fan of Neca's take on War Duke. Love that Joe is doing better than TFs right now. Always great to hear my friend Bobby is doing well. I think Joytoy shows that the 18th scale is cold right now, and are only loved by a niche within a niche.

There used to be a guy who ran a store nearby, would practically beg customers to find a way to pay with cash instead of a card. I always understood why, but man there's really nothing you can do. Especially with online sales, everything is electronic and everything is a service, and you always gotta pay them their cut.

I am not totally surprised. Hasbro Pulse Premium with free shipping gets 95% of my Marvel and Star Wars orders. I am guessing the HP numbers are higher than you, BBTS and EE…..maybe. We just don’t know. But free shipping (with membership) for folks who order a lot is hard to beat.

Agreed plus no cancellations and for the most part they come on time. Smaller retailers have problems getting them at the same time that’s why I use Amazon and Hasbro site. I use these smaller companies for things I may not be able to get(sold out) on the big sites.

It’s understandable that Power Rangers is near the bottom in terms of Hasbro sales. They took a break in 2023, and it’s expected to last until 2025.

Most of it is the lines available for purchase. The cartoon line is (almost) exclusively Target and the movie line is (almost) exclusively Walmart- the only things outside of a couple overstocks like the Pizza Monsters available are the 1/4 scale and the Archie, Last Ronin, and Mirage lines.

@@Hilltopperpete while true, the last ronin and mirage lines sell very well. He hasn’t sold any of the turtles though other than the universal monsters, so I imagine that largely accounts for his lack of sales

I would thought TF would be more, then I remembered their scaling down the figures and charging more lol Joes deserves better though even with their cost cutting still the best line Hasbro has. Hoping series 4 goes to discount on AF repaints suck but as a 100%er importing fees for them sucks more hehe hoping that or you'll still got stock of them when Series 5 hits :) You should do more videos you got something you can't buy, charisma. Keep it up :)
