Cable clutch on my 2018 Sport Glide, Hydraulic Clutch on my BMW 1250 GS. Very, very easy to slip the clutch on the HD 107, and even by accident, pull away from a dead stop in 3rd gear, on the Sport Glide, without even getting close to stalling. I've stallled the hydraulic clutch 3 x trying, by accident to start off in 2nd gear on the 1250. Cable clutch feels very linear.... in feel at the lever. Hydraulic clutch feels much more like an on / off switch. Great observation, Lance. Basic rule of thumb, the less weight in lbs, per HP your bike makes, the faster it is able to accelerate you and the bike down the track. Think of small displacement bikes a Honda Trail 125.... 1 HP moving 50 #; vs big displacement bikes, a stock 107 M8... with 1 HP moving 10 #. A lot more (HP) work needs to be performed to move 50# vs 10#.

Or try a Muller slave cylinder on your hydraulic clutch. Made a big difference on mine regarding exactly what you're describing Lance as far as the "on/off" thing. Converting to cable is somewhat involved and requires a bunch of different parts from the perch down to the transmission.

Pick up a "Dragy" and go see what the bikes can do....they are SUPER ACCURATE...and you will know for sure what the bikes do...

Sport bikes like GSXR are near 1:1 power to weight but in KG and i think you should have convert it in kilograms
