If you do baking you find out real quick it doesn't take much room or people to make a ton of bread products. Mountain loads of it. It's just takes time, and a lot of it you aren't doing anything besides waiting. So with a good time management and system you will be baking more bread than you know what to do with.

The coke zero story i can explain. Atleast from the view as a european. A Café often times doesn´t have the required license for customers to consume alkohol at their estaiblishment. Now when somebody brings a soda and drinks it at the table you as an owner have two problems. First: customers might get the idea to just sit down without purchise anything, something you´d want to avoid. Second: You might get a massive fine if a control comes in and find for excample somebody consuming a Vodka-o in a fanta bottle at your table. They might even shut your cafe down. So to be on the safe side you just make the rule that you don´t allow any customer to bring food and or beverage to your café.

That metaphor with about the coke zero makes no sense. Someone talking about another stream in chat is taking up space that affects the viewers. A person sitting in your coffee store drinking and outside product only negatively affects other customers if the store is full. If you're loitering without purchasing anything, and the store is busy, of course it makes sense to ask you to leave. It has nothing to do without the outside product.
