I'm loving this hearing from someone else who started old school like me. I designed my first website in 1997 and started thinking about getting into reseller hosting in 2003 (took me many years to finally make that leap). Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge!
When a customer purchases hosting from me, can they log in to their cPannel account right after they make a purchase? Is it done automatically or do I have to set up their account manually?
can i take multiple reseller package for my single web hosting business ? that means I will take first one, and take another package for the same website to connect more clients
Yes, absolutely! Our top Resellers have many different "reseller packages" operating within their WHMCS. This provides the ability to scale as your business grows!
That's always a challenge! We have a team of 25 to cover 24x7x465 but also have a "reserve" of several techs on standby to make sure they're available in the event we're missing benchmarks.
You would want to install WordPress on a subdomain (cPanel -> Subdomains) or in a subdirectory. Most of the time, you want to put WordPress in the root and then WHMCS in /billing.
Why i started feeling that this reseller hosting is fake . It's not possible to get clients . You guies are making these videos for making us your customer only .
Sorry to hear you feel this way. To be honest, I felt I was treading an uphill battle as well when I first started NameHero. The first six months were especially bad. I thought I bit of wayyy more than I could chew entering a competitive market. But eventually, things started to turn a corner as my efforts started to pay off. Today, NameHero powers over 200K+ domains worldwide and our growth shows no signs of slowing. But regardless of this, I'm still working as hard as the day I started. So with all that said, let me know some details about your situation. What's your website? Who are your target customers? What have you done/are you doing for your marketing? Feel free to email it all over to me ryan [at] namehero.com and I'll be more-than-happy to give you as much feedback as possible.
