How Much Does Mobile Bartending Cost? | Milk & Honey TV 

OMG TH IS IS INSANE!! I absolutely loooooove your videos! I’ve been bartending for 6 years (mobile bartending for 3years) and the most I’ve ever charged is $400!!! I’ve always known I could charge more but I think I’ve been targeting a very cheap crowd! LOVE THE VIDEOS KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO!

I got 950 - base setup fee of 3 hrs $150, consumables @ $10pp so $200, and a base price of $150/hr w a 4 hr min (after I watched, I added a $225/hr tier for less than 4hrs). When I remove the set up fee, bartender pay @ $50/hr (which it’s just me in my head right now) and $50 for gas/future maintenance- the business pockets $550 minus whatever tax you gotta give Uncle Sam. I need to do more math😅

That feels very reasonable. I calculated $600 for labor and materials which in my head is before paying myself, the business owner. So rule of thumb would be to double it. Id charge $1200 for that event. Idk every market is different but I think you should charge more.

I think that's totally fair pricing. I charge differently but ends up almost being the same. ($985 plus gratuity). Do you usually tack on gratuity? I do - (especially when it's a small party like that and you know people aren't going to be stuffing a tip jar! LOL :)

By my pricing structure I would charge $985 and if they wanted to rent glassware that would be an additional 56.25 in glassware rental fees. I would also charge a 20% gratuity that would be $160

Dats seasonable price around $760 can't beat Dat price at all!any other services they will charge you more 4 the services

Do you auto grat the bill or tip jar or both? How do you handle that please?

I'm new to this but I'd say about 565$ give or take based on everything needed for the event.

What about beer and wine too?

I know you said milk and honey is all custom but is this how you price most all events? 10$ pp for two signature drinks, 6$ per person for disposables, and then 40$ hr for service hours per Bartender and then the 200 planning and management fee? Does the planning and mgmt fee go up for larger events? How much do you add on for a open bar with several liquors and mixers? Could you please share some insight or do a detailed video on some other things. Love your content, been following you! Thank you so much.
