I pay my bartenders $25/hr then $30/hr for my bar captain and $40/hr for destination (plus hotel, mileage and meal per diem on the destinations). I pay $175/mo for my commercial kitchen plus $600/yr for food permit and $1000/yr for my liquor license. 😮

When I worked as a mobile bartender I got paid for $40 an hour for 6 hours and now I want to start up my own business

Processing fees and cups etc are all business expenses and you should be able to write them off on your taxes unless the tax laws have changed
