How much I paid for my 2019 Shelby Mustang GT350 *Taxes, Insurance, Monthly payments* 

$59k for a GT350 with 6k miles these days is an excellent price. The semiconductor shortage is driving prices up big time. Your insurance is expensive. I pay 1k per year for the insurance on my GT500 but I’m 61 years old. The same options that you have on your 350 are more expensive on my 500. For example, the technology package cost $3,000 on my car and only $2000 on your car for the exact same thing. The handling package for the 350 consists of the adjustable strut top mounts in front and Gurney flap out back. The 2020 Gt500 handling package cost $1,500 but it had a few more items than the 350 handling package. It went up to $1,750 in 2021. You did good on the price of your car.

My dream car and dream color. Truly one of the last of its kind. The gurney flap comes with the handling package. All gt350 after 2016 comes with the track pack as standard. The 2016 gt350 used to be divided into 2 main packages: track pack, tech pack.

I remember my friend was about to buy one in 2018/19 for $42k and he walked away because they wouldn't go down to $40k. How I wish they were still in the $40k range 😩

Once I secure this real estate 🏡 I'll definitely be car shopping again.

Man I almost bought a used Mustang GT350R a couple of years ago on 2 different accessions by my house for $60,000 directly from the owners. Unfortunately I passed up on both accessions. Now I’m kicking myself in the ass because they have gone up in price so much. But who the hell would’ve ever thought the market would get this out of control.

Insurance varies by area too. If you are in a colder climate you may have more accidents due to snow and ice and with a performance car there is a higher risk. Mustang like you said is very popular so it’s possible in your county they have a history of mustang accidents and it causes them to rate the risk higher. Also theft, some vehicles are prime targets for theft in some areas. Take for example I pay $146 for full coverage on my Gt350 but if I were to buy a Honda Civic (I had one a few years back) it was almost $200 for the same coverage. This is due to the risk of theft. My GT350 is a 2017 with track pack and electronics package. I have the Recaro seats and I can daily the car no issues. I love it. After getting the car I found out that it has the newer engine with the upgrades to the oil filter and oil pressure gauge. This made me happy as well.

Damn, $59k is a steal these days. I'm in the process of buying a 2019 with 14k miles on it with most of the same options (no hood stripes or painted roof) for $65k. This is probably because I am going through a dealer, but you cant really find these cars anywhere right now. And when you do, they get snatched up real quick. Especially the 2019's and 2020's.

I haven't bought my house or my dream Shelby because it's just too much money to throw around as to what I consider fair. 59k sounds reasonable for the Shelby you got with the options that it came out with. Plus they do keep their value.

Here in Germany I'm looking for the GT350, not the R, because I need the rear seats for the kids. This will be the companion car to my '13 GT500. It's interesting that, before we moved to Germany, I bought my GT500 from a dealership in Ohio. It had 8K on the odometer. I heard that the guy who traded it in was 70 years old and he bought a Raptor. I paid 52K and that came with a 5 year additional warranty. "Knock on wood," I have never had a problem with the car. I just couldn't find an R. I had to "settle" with the standard GT350. Ford Racing Blue, black over the top stripe with a black painted roof. And the Recaros. Was lucky enough to get mine last year before the market went insane was 57k. Dealerships are offering 60-62k for it now. Mustang's are FAR more common than the Camaro and a LOT more common than the Challenger.

I wanted one so bad but I grabbed a 2020 GT performance pack 2 covid special lol 0% financing 72 months nothing down and they brought it to my driveway for 50 k even...it’s 401 package with recaros i love it and couldn’t pass up that deal... u scored with the extra set of pilot as tires I got 5000 miles out of my cup 2’s lol I’m at 545 a month... ur 350 is sick tho good luck with it !

For the price of a ahelby gt 350 you can get a 2019 ford mustang gt 5.0 and get it to 800 RWHP easy for literally half the price after the mods

And yup the car prices are still crazy over here, hopefully things will go back to normal soon cause because we both have a lot more cars to buy lol.

I seen a 19 recently with 35k for 58 I think that is pretty good. I seen another for 57 with 22 neither had recaros but that is a good deal.

Wow! I bought a brand new '21 Camaro SS1LE Manual w/PDR for 43,400/ 47,600 total out the door on Feb 12th. Taxes in Texas are brutal but there were only 6 new with that spec in America!! I had to fly to Dallas to get it . I understand the deal, because I was originally looking for a used one and then best deal was in California,$40k (2019 w/ 17k miles) that's the only reason I bought new.. now I'm going to take to Hennessey (near me in Houston, $15k for the HPE 650 PACKAGE) 2yr/24month warranty.. it's sick!! Just picked up my 2019 with all the same options as yours. 4600 miles 65k. 71,449.20 after all taxes. Ugh haha

I’ve actually been looking at these and I know I want a second GEN but I’m just curious what things to look out for besides the oil pump gear and the oil starvation thing. I found a guy selling his 2017 with 49k miles for 39k right now 2nd owner and it does have some hail damage but you can’t see it unless you really look for it.

You got off light on your vehicle registration. I bought a new 2019 and this year’s registration in California was $620. 😩 Down only $30 from last year.

That is a great price considering cause prices are going up best time to buy hear in Michigan is September or October usually sport cars are not selling that time of year so if they get someone looking for one they are more apt to bargain then have to hold in inventory for another 6 months at least that worked for me when I got my Mustang 2 years ago

I got a 2019 bullett with 201thousad miles on it, for 30th 4 grand, + takes ,fucking love it i test drive 4 gt350, not to many different, the bullett has different animals with the gt350 parts ,the interior is much better than the gt350 but i want a gt cause of the F P C ,AND FELLING LIKE A RACE CAR
