Hi I just learnt there are huge disparities in salaries between natives and non natives as e speak I got a form indicating how much pay it is and but on the facebook page it’s different 🤷🏽‍♀️ as I was applying and a certain company replied me

You've earned a subscriber. Can I get to Vietnam first before I delve into the search for a teaching job? And if I get a job while on a tourist visa, need I go back to my home country and then come back again to have it switched to work visa or it can be converted while still in Vietnam?
