I make $80k/year as a video editing artist. Takes a lot of hustle, hard work and skill. My clients love what I do so they refer me constantly and I don't have to look for clients anymore.
Hmmm I get paid $22/hr for a youtuber, been working for a year since he started on youtube and we just hit 100k. I work around 15 hrs a week, it's not extremely sophisticated edits and I live in Latin America so I think is good for now but def want to up my game, keep grinding my fellow editors
A lot of creators should be ashamed I know tons of amazing editors getting offered $200/250 for Hq videos while they make 5-10k a month it’s disgusting
I've been an Editor AND Animator for 10+ years, I work on commercial work but wanna start working with creators, if anybody needs a sick editor, holler!
