Bring on the veggies. We don't need meat everyday. Dr Oz says 6oz 2x week is enough. So many variables in Self Sufficiency. We organized as communities in our civilization for a reason. Perhaps what we do well or want to do well could be our contribution. I would like for my Self sufficient lifestyle to also be my business and source of livelihood. Most of us have to have some sort of income even if it having things to barter with. I read a couple of times a story called "Ten Acres Enough" written mid 1800's. We're those kind of people. We live in Arizona up in the north central part. We have a decent sized yard and would at least like to be partially self sufficient.
