i doubt it…it some cases some departments actually lie detector test you and ask these questions. My brother in Law is a LA sheriff and they ASKED everyone he’s ever met personally what type of person is he, is he trustworthy yada yada
I wish 'flashbacks' were real, done acid many times and never had anything like that happen. Wish they did though, like Norm Macdonald said, "You're telling me I spend ten bucks on a drug once and then a few years later I get it again for free? Sounds like a good deal to me."
Flashbacks caused by drugs are phenomenally rare and are virtually harmless. Flashbacks caused by PTSD are very common and can be very dangerous. Also note that PTSD can be treated/cured with drugs such as LSD, Mushrooms, and MDMA. A final mention is that cops suffering from PTSD are allowed to continue to work.
Facts i’ve done an unreasonable amount of k, shrooms, and maybe a half sheet of lucy in my time, not to mention 24/7 smoking weed. Never had any sort of flashback or known of any such case
Yeah i always thought it was more connected to PTSD than some weird, medically undescribed, unsubstantiated "hallucinogen flashback." Most ive had is deja-vu, feelings of weird familiarity, to trips ive had. Thats it, no ptsd or "flashback".
Apparently a lot of police officers really do make 100k because they can work overtime for events like downtown weekends and concerts and such. The earning potential and benefits are really good right now and it makes sense since less and less people want to be cops due to the stigma and view of the job
Work for a suburb of Chicago and the average pay out here is between 110k-130k with no overtime. Got some guys racking up 170k after OT. Idk why everyone thinks cops make 60😂
That's been disproven though. Anything they claim is all psychological. It's probably similar to ptsd but for a bad trip. I've squirted the dropper of lsd with indiscriminate dosing lmao, no issues. Now benzos and amphetamines? You know the shit prescribed to half of America? Ruined a few years of my life. @@rockitup
the lsd flashbacks combined with actual trauma is not safe, yes. you have to be exceptionally mentally healthy to be a cop, which most already arent.. drug addicts are not healthy and the last thing we need to do is lower our standards for the Mafia with guns.
It's LSD flashbacks. Basically if you take mushrooms/lsd... 20 years later the high effect could come back which could last anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes. It's a super weird phenomenon
@@pjsfreakingreat210Not true. Psychedelics of any kind can cause HPPD. I can attest, having done a whole lot of real acid and an RC. I had my “flashback” before I had ever tried an RC.
In California. A cop has 6 months academy training, which is very physical, mentally, and emotionally demanding, and then field training which varies on department and location but is usually a minimum of 3 months and can get up to 6 months in some cases. A large percentage of new hires also hold an associates degree. So already its taking 2 years and 9 months just to be let off the leash. They also receive additional training every year which varies from department but some are demanded by the state.
@@CHAOS_6E from the fat asses I've seen that physical part must be subjective. Those cops in Memphis that were arrested had records a criminal would be proud of, in Cali they have gang tattoes and patches for beating ppl etc, only good cop is a dead one and until I see just 1 not 2 just memorial that the Gov puts up for murder victims of police I will change my mind. In my area police have murdered 4 ppl since 2018 the one cop that was convicted had a special hearing at a private college and was overturned William Ben Darby, and his police mate McCoy murdered his prego gf in the parking lot of her apartment, in Jan the cops went to my neighbors house and killed him ,they got some sort of call and went to the wrong house. The only gang in America if you protect self from that will get you locked up for life is the thin blue line gang. You must be a special kinda stupid
In California its 6 month academy if you pass that it's 3-6months of FTO program 1 year probation and once your passed all that and your on your own. every 6 months they send you off to do a 3 week training course to refresh you on new laws or fire arms training pretty much the training never ends.
This is just the result of lingering reganomics in the public law enforcement sector. All departments still polygraph and ask about past drug use which automatically narrows the hiring pool down to the squarest of squares, absolute zombie slaves who think no wrong do no wrong (in their minds)
Flashback hallucinations are not common nor is even called that, it’s a persisting trip disorder where your brain can suddenly hallucinate. Extremely rare and always diagnosed. That shouldn’t disqualify you from being a road pirate
U don’t know what hppd is bro it does not make you hallucinate or visually distort at all, it’s just extra floaters and visual static, as someone who’s done a lot of research and has it
There’s no way of them knowing ab past drug use unless u had a past arrest, fail required urinalysis, or else u admit to it which would b stupid and serve no legitimate purpose. Psychological exam and polygraph tests r quite easy to pass regardless of non truthful answers. Polygraph tests simply measure consistency with ur heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, perspiration, and skin conductivity. One just needs to control these body responses to ensure consistency.
Right? When I was 15 my dad was applying to be a cop and I was pretty savvy with computers and I found his application he sent in and he put on there that he’s tried coke, weed ,I was like how tf would they know.
Look up the city of orange in Orange County ca currently hiring. They pay police officers 7,900 to 10,600 a month, trainees make $75,000 a year until they graduate. You don’t know what you’re talking about and the city of orange doesn’t even pay the most
@@Starboy-mp2ci all chemicals have a half-life in the body. It would be impossible for residual chemicals to produce ongoing effects based on degradation. The British lancet disproved it ages ago. It would be like saying you could have a flashback from whiskey. The same way alcohol is broken down in the liver to a lesser toxin is also true for other illicit substances.
I actually have had it happen. I haven’t done psychedelics since after high school after having a nightmare trip where my cousin almost died from something he did while tripping. Just a couple weeks ago it happened while I was in the room while I was with my girlfriend. It felt like I was gonna be stuck like that and it was like I was having a ptsd flashback, I was so scared because I knew I hadn’t taken anything. I thought I was gonna die and I walked downstairs out of the house and had to walk it off because I thought I was gonna permanently be stuck that way and not be able to function. It was one of the scariest experiences I’ve had especially since I didn’t take anything.

Money is there. Gotta gain the ranks like everything else. A teacher doesn’t make more unless they have the degrees and time in the game. Policing works the same so hustle no matter what you do.
Some off y’all don’t keep up with the times, some police officers definitely make up to 100k easily if not more. I work in Vegas and I clear 6 figures easily
Liability isn’t the same. Cops get paid for the liability. Service memebers can get disability benefits right out of service at any age up to 3775 a month or so alone. Different benefits different risks.
In the State of FL it’s Average is $46k a year. High school diploma, Clean background, No traffic tickets in the last 2 years, Must pass drug test, limited tattoos allowed, AA or Bachelor not required. Must have completed the Police Academy. Must pass Physical Test, After that, must pass the Polygraph test. Fill out a extensive 30 page Application for employment. Good luck Btw, this is probably in LA. Those numbers sound like CA salary
Wrong, you’re calculating agencies that are part of the state of Florida which is one of the worst in the country. That number doesn’t represent agencies WITHIN the state of Florida. In a bigger metro area in Florida after several years of experience you’ll likely be earning just over 100k a year on average.
Right, ... 😂 Seriously though, I'm amazed after traveling a bit around the world how little education is required to enforce laws they cannot truly understand in language (Latin) that many officers cannot comprehend.

100k my ass lol. I made 39k a year in Florida when I was a Deputy. After taxes, that's only 27k. They get a little more now, but 50k is the max I see these days. Maybe if you go up in rank high enough after 20 plus years, you might come close to 100k.
what he means is the chemicals that are in acid go into your spinal fluid, usually only happens for regular users or prior users, so when you crack your back sometimes you release spinal fluid which may contain the chemicals creating a micro dose effect
