I have heard the US can be crazy expensive. In the UK I pay £2 for 12 eggs. I’ve heard you guys are paying at least double that?
I’m a vegan and he sure isn’t lol I like him. From what I can tell at least. I don’t think I have the answer for life. Not everyone can be veggie. But I’d expect the same respect about my eating that I give. Woopity WOOP who cares. I just respect ppl who respect themselves and strive for greatness no matter how they do it. I'ma be honest, I work construction, get home lift weights and all I eat is frijoles with cheese, tortillas, burritos. Currently 220 lbs, shredded and feeling my best.

I’m not trynna d ride bro but think about it from this point of view, if you go back and compare his growth over time he really didn’t get much bigger or have any crazy growth spikes. He could just be like 4-6 % body fat all the time so he jus looks unnatural. But hell who knows he’s probably pushing gear on low doses and nobody would even know 💯

My biggest tip into getting a cheap diet is to check the protein ratio to price ratio. Literally any protein is produced in the same way so why eat another protein thats more expensive if it's the same thing. However the market DOES NOT market it that way because they know that's true and if people were to calculate protein per price ratio they (the sellers) would be losing a lot of money.
@@kid-cn5he Hahah no. Any protein will provide with the exact same protein synthesis. Where the hell have you heard that from lol. The only reason why beef is good is because of how nutritious it is and how much more nutrition it has than plants. But beef is so much more expensive, so if you eat other stuff you will have to eat more but it will be cheaper and you will still get the same nutrition. It also depends on how the plants was treated or what animals eat that determine some nutrition you eat. Protein synthesis means the building of proteins in your cells (but plants and the beef you eat had cells once…) and it’s legit giving the same coding for the exact same proteins that your body needs. There are 20 amino acids that are usefull to the human body to build that protein we need. You can technically be a vegan and get the same muscles since the food we eat is from cell producing proteins. Plants have a life just as other animals do except that they are more intelligent and got a lot of differences except it’s origin.

@@beefyathleticdaddyy5093 I honestly have no idea. I believe you can get the fibre from the meat but I don't have a huge amount of knowledge of the science behind it. I do know it worked for me though. No constipation
Or just go to a local butcher and they’ll give most of that for free, we would always have people coming in for our cow tongue and beef heart, I never knew Mexicans liked that stuff so much. Some people even like head meat which is just cheek muscle, has lots of connective tissues. Another amazing cut that goes to waste 90% of the time is the hanging tendon or hanger steak, it’s very comparable to filet in taste just not nearly as pretty. If you really want to impress a butcher, tell him you want the sweet bread if it’s a good one. It’s a gland from the neck, and it’s considered a delicacy in fine dining, definitely have to know how to cook it.
Bodybuilding is an expensive sport. Good physique has a heavy price... Not just moneywise but lifestyle and everything thats hard to put a price on cause it takes alot of time. Still love it

Trysten explained in a video that due to so much consumption of different meats it makes his body crave more water since he doesn’t eat carbs whatsoever. So he gets his recommended daily intake or more of water due to his diet which in return flushes out the excess sodium so he doesn’t bloat up. His body is basically taking in all the micronutrients from all the protein and letting out the extra sodium that isn’t absorbed to his muscles.
Bro you need to make friends with restaurant bosses. I get beef bones for .55c lbs brisket $3.49 lbs. Running a restaurant is not easy but buying meat for cheap is a plus.
@@xleaderx1289 untrue. Given that it’s all red meat, the saturated fat content of most red meat does not provide the same benefit as it would from a lean protein source. And based on what this guy eats. It’s almost all high fat meat.

Normal issue, you need 100-200 grams of butter each day ( any animal fat will do) Also medium rare is key. For me i love steak tartare never felt better.
