Thank you so much for being so open. Its such an eye opener. Do you find the time for side businesses(aside RU-vid of course) now in residency training? The salary seems ah..lean. Buh your work hours makes me feel very envious, during my house job, I worked 100+ hours per week in Naija

If it's like this then what's the incentive of working for the nhs long term, why not get your skills up and possibly move to other countries with better pay

Do we have Hospital accommodation in every hospital you rotate? If it is available, the cost of accommodation will be deducted from the Salary? Please elaborate on this when you get time. Thanks in advance!

Most hospital provide accommodation, however the hospital outside of London are more likely to do so and at a cheaper rate. Yes when I was doing FY1 year it was deducted from my pay slip.

Check the gmc uk website to see if you’re qualified for registration as a member of an EEA country, if not you might need to write Plab

Depends, if you love in a poorer area, dont have a car and dont intend to yet. Also that 2000 pounds will turn into about 1000 because of college and uni debt

Hello ma'am, according to websites, To appear in the plab exam, The university must be in the list of world Dictionary of medical school. how much is it true?? were your university in the list of dictionary of world medical school. my university is not in the list of world medical school. am i eligible??

The salary is not bad at all for a junior doctor remember they pay based on experience so one can't expect to graduate and get a high salary right after graduating

Yes they can however you would have to graduate top 1 percent of your towns high schools, B plus atleast in college, good in medical school. Then work for atleast 20 years in a rich are but live with your parents to save money then add hours till your at 66 hours a week, also do 4 part time jobs. Then you might be a median salary….

Hi, I would expected more than FY1 and FY2 but wouldn’t be able to give you an exact amount sorry as I don’t know the figures for ST5

Money is one thing. But there another thing that concerns me a lot. GP medical knowledge. My experience along people in my environment clearly says GP profession is a bad joke. I mean no offence to anybody. However there are no words to express my great disappointment.
