You might not have zero cellulite, but you will have WAY less if you work out consistent and include weight training and proper diet over the long haul.
I never had it worked out all my life had amazing legs then covid happened and my workouts changed for and more sedentary. I have some cellulite now and working to get it off with more workouts and weight lifting changing my diet . More greens no sugar
Genetics, my teenage daughter that run and lifts weight consistently has cellulite and I had it since I was young. My other daughter has a different skin texture and has zero.
Great video! I see so many comments about just work out though… for those struggling here is some perspective. I was a nationally ranked athlete and ate clean (no milks, cheese, or fried food) and STILL had cellulite in high school. It has slowly gotten worse with age, after I stopped competing at a national level. All the jump squats, deadlifts, regular squats, leg presses, weighted hip thrusts, and rim to rim Grand Canyon hikes (I hike weekly uphill and exercise still around 450 minutes a week) did not destroy it, and I still have it in my 40s, despite always being fit and never once being even slightly overweight and always having an actually tested low body fat percentage. Some women just get it regardless (stinks but Ive moved to acceptance). 😂 So if you’re struggling it’s not necessarily a ‘not enough exercise’ or poor diet situation. Also, I had no idea there were other actual real options beyond exercise and diet to help. Thanks for the video as I plan to look into these things!
Ladies, MOVEMENT does the job. Lift 3 times a weak, walk a few miles 4 times a weak if you can, perform lymphatic massage at home before bedtime, eat less fast food. You’ll be shocked how cellulite disappear
I can say that the creams and messaging your legs at home works. I've been doing this the last 5 years and my legs are nice and smooth. Iam 42 . When I was 30 it was bad . Now it's literally gone. So I do know consistency is key
I remember doing squats everyday and watching how much i ate and noticed my cellulite was gonna when my husband shpwed me pics of myself. I have now gained my weight back and my cellulite is all in 😮
Haye it’s very informative as I’m always reading n searching ways to get rid of cellulites. I ve been suffering since 15 years n sadly it’s getting worse n worse each passing day as here in Pakistan doctors ve no clue of treating it. I ve tried everything but nothing worked. Wish I could b there to get it treated as I’m fed up of wearing compression tights everyday. Stay blessed
When I was in my 30s I started experiencing cellulite I was upset because first I didn't know why I was getting it as I was always active as time when on I accepted the fact that Im female and what my body go through is not the same as what my opposite counterpart goes through. Now over 40 when life get too busy and I dont have time to hit gym or exercise at home and I notice cellulite I don't freak out its normal. I just exercise, weight train eat balance and get a few massages here and there nothing major and eventually it clear right up. Don't stress ladies enjoy life as you go along.
I don’t have cellulite . But I like yo keep my skin clean n pretty. Green smoothie, banana n strawberry, broccoli ; eat a meal daily , small breakfast n late night smoothie. My size is 8 & I’m 5’6” tall. I got my gut down to 30” @ bellybutton. ; Workout (Milana workouts)
"nothing. Yes, if you do "nothing" the cellulite stays. Gain muscle, the cellulite diminishes. It's a lack of muscle and over abundance of fat. It's fat. Your body composition needs to change. Lose fat, gain muscle. Gaining muscle will burn more fat. The more muscle you have, the less fat. These ladies are full of shit. Acting like we're all helplessly stuck with cellulite because we're women. That's bullshit. Hit the gym LIFT WEIGHTS, LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS, LIFT THEM PROPERLY, lift them often and do 20 minutes cardio 6 days a week and eat clean eat a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Cut down your carbs and you will be amazed. Get the book "Body For Life" by Bill Phillips and you will see.
There is no getting rid of it. I prove it. I was into everything to do with sports & exercises, beautiful legs , Got married 2 children , here comes the cellulite and the older I got it grew , I tried Everything tried almost everything that came out to get rid it. And the I lost 50lbs and ind made worse, and I was a least 20lbs under weight for 10yrs and its not leaving. My mom doesn't have it 5 sister nope Mee!😅
I was 250 no cellulites for years. Lost weight went to 184 still no cellulite got pregnant gain weight and cellulite. I am convince pregnancy has a lot to do with it because I was big before and had none. When I sit you see no cellulite how ever when I stand its everywhere. I believe pregnancy played a major role to it.
I have cellulite I have it in my arms now that I got fat. I did reduce my cellulite when I lost weight & exercise women get it more then men. Then you have to massage it upwards to get rid of it. It's trapped fat it's not regular fat. I wish I could still roller blade because that reduced my cellulite problem.
I have cellulite since early teens. I’m 44 now and still have it . I have worked out my entire life to reduce my cellulite. I’m extremely fit and my cellulite has not disappeared. Very discouraging. I feel that all my countless squats, runs , sauna sessions, extreme diets and every other exercise I have done is in vain. But I will continue my QUEST for a hard rock butt. 🥺
Cellulite can also be from high estrogen be mindful of soy in your diet or eliminate it if you can also eliminate vegetable oils - keep in mind restaurants use a lot of soy and vegetable oil - this is something that helped in my journey ❤
Well that saves a lot of time. Thanking you for sharing, now I don't have to kill myself, cellulite is just something we need to learn to love with, gotcha
I started doing intermittent fasting and completely reduced all of my cellulite. Listen to the audiobook fast fees. It will change your mind on everything.
Me too! I looked in the bedroom mirror the other day and my usual bum lines have wrinkles when I walk on lean my leg back!! I'm going start massaging olive oil on it every night 😢
I love how you explain everything in a scientific perspective but also underline the fact that "we dont have to do anything about them". Subscribed in seconds❤
Hi, some things I feel is an opinion. Liquid collagen does work. I have been taking it for a year from the company spoiled child and it is amazing. My cellulite came from plastic surgery and never had it in my life until surgery. My son used it and brought it for me. When I say this tightens your skin, it does. This company is amazing. It has been a year now and I exercise almost everyday even before surgery. You have to be patient with the process. For older people please take it. It will surly tighten your skin. I always say do your own research. I was just curious about the video and had to say something.
