@@Anon-cs6cx got hired, i dont even recall if I were tie or not. Now that I work everyday with the quants that interviewed me, i know it didnt matter. They were very much focused on the results of the interviews. Cheers guys

I prepared for the interview by doing leetcode, prob/statis exercices, reviewing details of linear reg. and researching a bit about the particular area of quant finance that the interviewers worked in. That’s pretty cool. And whilst I think I won’t be starting a channel myself I think it’s great to be paid if you started a channel as a hobby vs work where making money is just a bonus rather than income. If you love what you do and you will never have to work a day in your life.
Hi there. Thanks for your videos. Just a quick one. The way you describe prop trading seems very similar to investment banking (these are no longer allowed to prop trade following 2008 denouement). I might have missed it, sorry if you mentioned already, but do you actually go into specific trading strategies as opposed to broad risk measures … I might be mistaken but many prop traders and hedge funds go beyond this no??

I was wondering if you could do a critique on Tim Sykes? He definitely uses the lure of being a millionaire to get more students and followers, but his lack of technical analysis, makes me wonder if he really is a profitable trader.I’m beginning to think he makes more from his RU-vid and paid students than from trading….
How much do you make trading? You rip everyone that doesn't use code trade, but I didn't see your trading results. Last 2 years was easy trading (imo). The real traders will emerge in the coming months.
So why do some youtubers act like they make so much money? Like 10k subscribers and and 70k views a month. Only a few hundred dollars and they try to make people think otherwise.
@@jadengrant Why isn't he making videos anymore? I've never liked the way he disses retail traders getting into day trading. But he has given a lot of overall really good market knowledge. Wondering why he hasn't made a video in a year.
I know you’re not a day trade or anything like that but I’d like to know your thoughts on or anyone else that can answer this what’s your thoughts on someone who is trying to trade the fundamentals swing trading should I be doing it or try something else I really don’t wanna do the quantitative analysis cause I looked up stochastic calculus and that’s not something I want to tackle it looks very very hard so I was just wondering if what I am tackling now is realistic and profitable
Just want to ask since you clearly don't believe that people can gain an edge through technical analysis and make money, how do you explain those people that are legitimate and do make money and are willing to show verified statistics month on month? (genuine question, interested in your thoughts)

Can you please check out a day trading channel named Trades by Matt, he even livestreams his trades which makes the trading realistic/believable. He even shows his loses. Do you think he is legit?
One of the first videos I saw with CJ was the top five books for a quant trader (not the exact title) and he started out with a "what the hell is up my deciples". That's the most unique way I've been greeted ever on RU-vid. Certainly got my attention. Of course it can be done too much and it was a bit much in this particular video. But it's difficult to talk about the website without mention the URL.
There is this thing called option. You don’t have to watch and follow his channel. You have an option not to watch. Just reminding you. So if it’s hurting your eyes or upsets you deeply just stop watching.
