So In 12 months total 1560 hours should not exceed... I have one doubt.. suppose if for first 3 month we don't do any work so technically 120x3 = 360 hours not used by us.. so can we do work for more hours in upcoming months to complete our 1560 hour limit?

Your employer checks how many hours your residence permit allows you to work. Both you and your employer are responsible for ensuring that the maximum number of hours is not exceeded. You are badly mistaken. The Finnish immigration system doesn't have any study visas. Visa is only for short visits. No specific visa type exists for students visiting for at most 90 days. The first residence permit for studies would be the more relevant immigration permit. Nobody else can apply for a residence permit than the applicant him- or herself. The Finnish authority for handling immigration permits and the application process is the Finnish Immigration Services (Mirgi) . Take a look at their website for additional information.
I heard during the 2-3month summer break, students can work as much hours as they want. (and most students earn the majority of fees during this break) is this really true or we cannot exceed 120hr/month even during such breaks?

I think it's not allowed for students to work more than 40h/week even in summer and also I have seen the news of deporting someone who was not a student and working more than 40h/week isn't it? Is it really illegal to work more then 40hours even you are not a student and coming as a spouse?
