I gained 4-5 kgs in my first trimester along wirh vomiting, nausea, headaches and abdomen pain and now in my second trimester i'm gaining 2-3kgs/month but the reports and baby is absolutely perfect But before marriage or before conceiving also I was already on the overweight side of the BMI scale but didn't have BP or diabetes issue Now i m little worried about my weight gain how would i be able to loose this weight when already 4 months of pregnancy are still pending😢

Till your baby's weight is according to the gestational age and amniotic fluid is adequate you don't need to worry. Some lucky women do lose weight during pregnancy.. but make sure you eat nutritious food and drink water and do adequate exercise and take plenty of rest.
