How much will you get for injury to feelings in discrimination claims? 

@cornz38 evidently it does. I agree the amounts are ridiculous in comparison to something like a broken bone, but the award is literally called "injury to feelings"

@@HeliganyWell, yes. You see, discrimination is already a crime in the UK that is prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). It is for Direct discriminatory actions such as calling someone with a slur. This tribunal discrimination however is different. It doesn't have to be direct nor does it need to be done with intent. This is dangerous and nonsense. This may well be abolished in the future :)
