This is how I started my 14 day fruit & herb cleanse. I’m being very intentional with the things I choose to DIGEST! Not just the food but the music, tv & conversations. The more I learn about myself on these cleanses the more I realize how we are everything & nothing at the same time. It’s liberating not doing whats socially normal to most. I find comfort in being uncomfortable now. I find the joy with in the pain. The beauty that lies underneath the pain. Being intentional with your actions mean everything. I pray I can inspire at least 1 person to start practicing more self love and awareness to become their highest selves in a realm full of low vibrational things & people.
