We have 2 pythons, 3 blue tongue skinks, 5 Muscovy ducks, 4 fish, a freshwater mussel, 4 snails, a crow, a rainbow lorikeet, insects and a dog. My son KNOWS that new pets are welcome in my house and we would only go back to the pet shop, to buy a massive cage, toys and food for whatever new pet we get!🤣

So unless you live in a cold area or have reliable air conditioning it's not a good idea. Also they're mostly diabetic so you have to be careful with their food.
