Because the one who once hurt you is now crawling back to you. But since you genuinely don't care about them, you reject any advances and end up looking dignified.
It’s that old saying “if you let them go and they come back, they are yours. If they don’t come back, they never were”. This is what no contact does. Shows who they really are and how they really feel.
If they don't come back... it could also be that they know for sure that they can meet your standards and it's incompatible. It's not personal. If there was no connection or chemistry, there is no reason to return.

All your videos revolve around women being very needy. While I know this is the problem of a lot of immature women there is the problem of being anxious avoidant in a relationship which is actually the TOTAL opposite of being needy. We actually come across as not caring at all or very little. Please help us too!
@@yesorno623 Uhhh no… There’s dismissive avoidants and then there are anxious-avoidants (or also called “fearful avoidants”) they’re two completely different attachment styles. I personally am an anxious-avoidant. So I have the anxious side that gets obsessive etc but at the same time I run away and avoid a LOT. It’s the worst if both worlds 😂

From my experience as a woman I have always dealt with no contact & heartbreak through action not talking it out. There may be statistical general tendencies but it's not accurate to portray all women as necessarily passive & never taking action after getting dumped, there is a lot of individual variation among different women.

You are not describing the hippocampus correctly. The hippocampus actually remembers more exciting and negative experiences, for survival. The prefrontal cortex does not deal with memory, in it’s core context. The way you are describing the mind is subjective and biased. It’s assumption.
5:35 positive bias. interesting. I think body is intelligent and is protecting you from bad or stressful memories which is why it prioritizes positive/dopamine memories. I think many women have this subjective issue with men - we focus too much on the positive nostalgia but need to be objective.
