Ignoring that, was it worth to dedicate yourself to getting the kill with machine guns / cannons does require extra time to focus on it, which could mean you mess up your approach on the other vehicles or not able to finish him off and making the guy a little bit focused on you to prevent you finishing the kill.
+Garet Rooks I found canon fire to be only effective against and OPEN top vehicles like Halftracks, trucks, and Marder's. Only a couple guns can pen tank armour from any angle other than vertical (which will get the plane killed). Mind you this is all based off of player vehicles, AI tanks get killed by everything from .50 cal fire to 100kg bombs.

+Bkoo 27 they still explode right away when they hit the ground if you chose "ASSAULT FUSE" you have to wait 5 sec after discharge from the aircraft at least at the japanese aircraft so you have to drop them at higher altitude that's it
+Abd-El-Rahman Adel I know that.It is still really annoying and hard when you have smaller bombs and smaller targets.Just for the sake of 'muh tank gameplay' they do dumb things like this rather than fixing BR problem
You're only forgetting to mention the most important things that have changed since: Assault fuses causing massive changes to bombing habits and heights, and how most bombs suck if they're 250kg and below.
TheRealToaster2 So bomb where the target will move to. Or bomb a target that isn't a light tank or a truck. A tiger or Churchill will have a much harder time getting away from a Panzer III or Cromwell, however these heavy tanks are a much harder for the ground forces to take out. it's a win win.
TheRealToaster2 Well I am pretty sure a lot of low altitude bombers had fuses. As well as the fact that it isn't very historically accurate for every nation to do non stop kamikaze bombing missions...
Lads! Please make one for the Fighter escorts. They love leaving bombers and attacks to fend off up to 3 enemy fighters themselves as they roar on to try take out a KV-1 with machine guns.
Rule #1: try to get a team that will protect bombers and ground attackers instead of getting tunnel vision and dog fight while their bombers are getting gangbanged
Hi, at 5:11 pilot releases the bombs and they clearly explode in less than 5 seconds. As far as I understand in RB mod bombs will not explode in any situation in less than 5 seconds. That is the game rule so, maybe this is arcade mode or old gameplay footage.
I want bombs to explode on impact again, it not fun seeing my Stuka drop a 250kg bomb directly on a person and the person rolls away from the bomb while only taking no damage or minimal damage on the tracks in Simulator mode.
First of all fix that crooked battle rating compression because somehow I was in a game where mostly prop fighters of 5 or 6 BR got clubbed like baby seals by jets and we clubbed a couple of F2A fighters which are like BR 1 if I'm not mistaking. Then make more of these videos so people actualy know what do they have to do in order to advance...
It would be nice if Il-2's Vya-23 had their previous penetration in order to be able to damage ground vehicles. As for now, they can barely scratch light tanks and do absolutely no damage whatsoever to med tanks, while the Russian 12.7 or American .50 cal do destroy med tanks, which is an obvious anachronism. There are plenty of threads in the forums concerning this.
Kim Janek Mainly, because it's easier to see. But if the penetration is wrong in air battles, there is a slight possibility of it being wrong in mixed battles as well. ATM it's practically useless to shoot at not open-topped vehicles in mixed battles.
You can't bomb like that anymore...when the player in the video bombed the AAA in the spawn and the two tanks next to the house, the bombs exploded on impact...ingame we have the assault fuse, which leaves time to the enemy to drive away, which sometimes saves them.
We need a bether top down map when flying in tank RB, its whould help the airplanes being more part of the game if it was showed on the map where a tank was spotted, also being able to switch between looking at todays aircraft map and the tank map in tank RB whould be nice to have
My favorite is the TBF-1c , its a USA bomber but it holds 4 500lbs bombs. Much smaller over the big bombers and much more agile. Its a tier 2 plane buy can destroy easily tier IV tanks!!!! (have not reach tier 5 yet) Even in Realistic since it is a bomber you have a target icon where bombs will hit, and you can release each bomb one by one! You can get at least 4 tanks taken out easily with this thing if done properly.

You keep talking about patience, but you know the match ends when the enemy players are wiped out, right? That makes waiting a risky business if you want to do ANYTHING.
Bonus point fact: it says a lot about the game that I'm posting while playing a realistic game waiting for the map to be safe enough for me to make a move. Even better: this game just ended with me having done nothing all game; waiting for a chance to attack a fucking target. Don't tell me to 'risk it' either; aside from the video saying NOT to do that, I'm on my six game, with the five previous games being where I was shot down because I took a shot at doing something in the game. Gaijin: I can't win in this; I either die from trying participation, or don't participate. This is REALLY frustrating, you've got to move the emphasis WAY OFF OF FIGHTERS. As overfocussed as the game is on fighters now, it should be focused on objectives. Don't worry: fighters will still have a role because they can kill other vehicles; there will be balance that way. Sorry to rant, but I'm getting REALLY ANNOYED with this game. You obviously love what you do, but the gameplay is just so messy it's really hard to enjoy.
Not gonna lie, I watch these videos for the mistakes and then the comments. Assault fuze sucks but I've gotten used to it and can now drop BF109 Bombs on to the back of KVs and T-34s xD. Still if the vehicle is moving you aren't gonna kill it majority of the time. Armour piercing canons on planes are very in effective for the most part seeing as you have to be practically vertical on the target. I have seen few planes where the gun actually pens the vehicle well, Yak-9T(I believe)... Rockets are 50/50 some games I'll get 2-4 kills other games all rockets land around the target with out even a track disable...even during a direct hit... Anything less than 250 is only useful against trucks with a direct hit, which can be killed with main guns...250s have to be right next to the vehicle. Also you best post a video now stating the difference in armaments that you mentioned were so crucial know for ground attack, but won't talk about in the ground attack video....
+Abd-El-Rahman Adel We know how it works, its still annoying and shitty, yes I can land my bombs where I want but unless the tanks is really slow or standing still its not hard to escape 1-3 seconds left on the fuse. You can't drop from 5 seconds up because targets are hard to see or have too much time to change direction as well as accuracy goes down, besides when ever I hear a plane or a bomb drop I immediately change direction.
+kopfjager68 it will probably use both engines and it will climb slightly better then a b25 and only reach its true godlike speed on its optimal alt which is very high so it will probably be a good groundstriker/ headon plane not a good fighter
@gaijin when will the Conqueror FINALLY receive an armor plate to the bottom of the tank?`it sucks dieing to anything above 75mm HE shells, every! single! time!
why did you bomb the lightly ARMORED OPEN TOP AAA vehicle when you could have gunned it down that would have been the smarter move PS please remove or shorten the time of the assault fuse and if you guys want more players and more money decompress the BRS fix the broken planes that are hell to use (if they are historically inaccurate) and that is how you get more MONEY cause there would BE MORE players coming BACK and new ones joining do it that way rather then make it feel like you HAVE to spend money to progress like in WoT
And what about attackers in air battles? How useful are they in RB? Can you realisticaly win a battle with them? Same question about bombers - you bomb some bombing targets, cool ... what else? How is that helping your team against team full of fighters? Btw. sitting away from battle or on airfield when you see your tickets going down fast with couple of minutes left before loosing ... now thats smart rule to follow. Im sure its much more useful than going kamikaze, drop the bomb on the correct spot and hit the ground #kappa #cantrunfrombadgameplaydesign
Found this game very funny and poor but I'm also curious, 1,Why do Russian Tanks appear so superior to others in their class? 2, On the PS 4 why when I press the zoom button to zoom in on an enemy does my turret occasionally slew around to another target normally resulting in me being blown up by the enemy i originally wanted to zoom in on?
I'd like Tiger H1 to be 4,7.. Tiger E could be 5.3.. It's no fun whatsoever if FV221 from years 1955-1966 comes and kills a tank from 1943.. Please change Tigers Br. At least H1 would be on 4.7 still seeing tanks it should. And tanks that have no big problem killing it. It would surelly help people to like the game more. Thanks to what I just said I don't play Warthunder and play GTA V where I randomely drive around which bores me bad.. I still like it more than getting just pissed where I doesn't much matter what I do. If I camp, rush, go tactical.. Theres no difference if I got to 6,7 game which happens 7/10 games. I don't even get to the 5th out of 7 games in a day. I was before playing 10games + every day. Now I hardly play a game in week. Its such a shame for this to happen for such a good game. +CryBite The problem is more with the Caernarvon than the Tiger. The Tiger couldn't go at 4.7 as it could be down tiered to 3.7 where it would be all but invincible. You could only really move it if all tanks were re-evaluated, which wouldn't be a bad thing but an isolated change like that could never work.
It would work for single tiger.. :D Sherman would be gonig against it.. And T-34s mainly.. first models.. Which would mean all tanks would kill it from side without much problems
Too loud, aggressive and fast paced choice of music to actually being able to follow what you are saying as a non native speaker without having to watch some scenes multiple times. I would really appreciate if this excessive demand of sense which get's just annoying would be tuned down.

+KWarrior101-Geometry dash, Minecraft and more! Depends on the payload and intended role of the aircraft. If you are a spitfire and equipped a single 100 lb bomb- no. BUt if you are a P-47 who equiped 2 x 1000 lb, 1 x 500 lb, and 8 rockets: yes.
KWarrior101-Geometry dash, Minecraft and more! Well the Hurricane IV without it was already an attacker, those 40 mm cannons are made to kill tanks and such. All you did is change the specific weapon you use to kill enemy vehicles. 40 mm's or RP-3 rockets. Both resault in you being a strike fighter
Whale Thunder the game is full of bias, and that end clip shows a il2 destroing a stuka for no reason, isn't that a video to show how to do proper ground attacks? lol every video is like that, german lose russia win, and is so also in the game....not want to start n argument here, i'm bored to reply to those "russia is not OP" dudes
know your stuff.... yea well how about a little marker what exacly i'am driving now could be useful. especially in arcade. especially for airplanes any logic in spawning in airplane in arcade mode would also be welcome. ---- how and why should i stay in the air? in tank battle mode? i only have one minute, why??? bombs will not have time to reload, machine guns are useless since lvl2 good thing would be an option to abort getting in air battle.
