Sorry for not uploading for so long! I was on vacation, got sick with the rona afterwards and had to work overtime at my regular job for the last few weeks! I’m working hard to get back to a more regular schedule!! Thank you for your continued support! Love, Toast ♥
You are genuinely one of the most original, articulate, and entertaining creators on the platform. I know your viewcount has been stalling ever since the LOTR video, but please don't take it as a reflection of your video's quality. You have great editing, writing, and humor -- you're more talented than many similar RU-vid channels with dozens of times the subscribers. All you need is persistence and you WILL make it big on this platform, eventually. Best of luck too you! I adore your videos!!
man thank you so much ❤️ sometimes it is a struggle to not take some of these things (like view counts) to heart. Thanks for taking the time to write your comment! It is comments like these that keep me going ❤️
I love how stupidity and greed generally go hand in hand in cases like these. If this guy had been a little more clever and a little less greedy, spread his "winners" over a larger area, and not drawn attention to himself by clustering the so called winners together in places where he had personal connections, then he may have managed to extend his scam a little longer?
probably would have been smart to go to the mafia from the start, but to one thats far from where you live. then just sell them the cards for like 5% of the value and be rich for the rest of your live. Or just like cash in 1 of the 1 million stickers through an aquaintances aquaintance and then stop. that way your crime doesnt show up on a map.
Every system has its flaws. I worked for a magazine company and one magazine decided to include a scratchcard in every issue, offering prizes from £1 to £500,000. The scratchcards were delivered to us with the winners already mixed in by an independent company. The flaw was that all the winning tickets were printed on a seperate machine and they were a hair bigger than the non winning tickets. As we tap the cards together to feed into our machines, the winners came straight to the surface and easily picked out if you wanted to. Fortunately we were honest and informed all parties, but we put all the scratchards in a guillotine and assured all cards were the same size and all was well..... I think.
the irony in the fact that, monopoly, a game that was made as an anti capitalist statement, is paring up with McDonalds, one of if not THE biggest food chains in the world (let alone the world of capitalism) is wild to me.
4:25 this, would. never. work*. This is called opening the door to the prosecution, the prosecutor cannot talk about your character (good guy, bad guy) but, if you the defense say it first, and talk about how your a good person and your good qualities (your character) you opened the door to the prosecution to then be able to comment about your character and my my, it will never end well lol (ik this seems like an Uhhrm! actuuallly - but i just thought this is a cool thing about our/most legal systems lol)
... and then he creates another great content, so RU-vid algorithm finally recognizes his potential and promotes the channel to everyone... Except it didn't... Yet. But our brain algorithm is super exited even now and awaits the bright future.
So you mean to tell me that if I actually find a winning sticker, it would be illegal for me to sell it? And not only that, but it would be illegal to buy a winning sticker from someone?
I'd assume it would only be illegal if either the rules prohibit it, or if you had reason to think it was stolen. Like if you get a "fell off the back of the truck" deal, you are supposed to realize it is stolen, or assume the penalties if caught.
