For my helmet, I used a baseball helmet and attached a tennis ball (Cut in half and the skin pulled off then sanded down) then spray painted all of it. For the visor i went to the dollar store and bought one of those HUGE liters of soda, dumped out the soda and cut the plastic into the shape then attached it. For the color on the visor i used a red and blue sharpie. It looks just like cannon and nothing on it had ever broke or came apart.
I'm going to try to be a mituna for next year Kitsune kon here in my hometown, and like you i work with a budget. -but if all else fails I'm going as my Fantroll-
also, I remember, in a day in the life of cronus and mituna, he mentioned that kankri had baby sat him. now THAT'S something I want to see. too bad that can't happen :,(

Is it weird that I kinda am spending most of this video being sad cause Homestuck is just Over, it's just done. I'm even really new and I'm so sad because I'm getting my cosplays, and practically no one will be around to mess around in cosplay with me. Sorry, just kinda had to vent that sadness.

My John is in sad shape as well he was my first homestuck cosplay and has been through hell and back so I understand also one tip that might be more comfortable than jeans is to invest in a dance belt it keeps everything in a pair of baseball sliders may work too they are the compression pants that go under a baseball uniform

It just happened in the middle of recording "a day in the life of mituna and latula", they don't exactly say what happened but my guess is that he was bending over to pick something up or he was sitting down and they ripped.
they don't go into detail about how, but it happened when they were recording their day in the life of mituna and latula. in the weekly from last year where they were showing behind the scenes filming it, they showed how big the hole had gotten and joked about it.
Yeah.. From what they said, the pants were already ripped just a little bit. But in the (I think it was) video game scene of the MitUla episode, they just sorta... Broke for lack of a better term.
My mitigate cosplay was no the best, I had made a bee shirt and wings but j had no wig and the helmet had to be made from felt as a last resort as I couldn't find a helmet in time but the best thing made was the horns
This doesn't really have anything to do with the video...but mainly your videos in total. I've noticed this is your newest video. But I just wanted to know....why have you all stopped making videos? I mean I get that you might have like writers block but for videos. That's cool. Everyone has it. But uhh...I just what I'm trying to say is that I'd be happy to uh...Help with some ideas...I got a lot of ideas that are never put to use. I understand if you don't care.
