The most underrated character in DC Comics would probably be Aquaman, though.

Rosmarinad Firestorm is incredibly underrated. I love that he's in the Arrowverse, but they rarely ever use him or show how powerful he is.

Jorge Avila I'm glad someone remembered when he was the God of Light. He was way OP too bad he gave it up. He was a living motherbox and power ring put together aka the most powerful pieces of tech in DC

Unprodicted anomaly I'm bot counting Alan because he doesn't use the power of the emotional spectrum. Also I clearly said "regular levels". Hal's other versions are just as powerful as white lantern Kyle.

Hal didnt really fight 1000% Parallax amped Sinestro though... he basically just said "nah, Im done with you" and one shotted Sinestro. God I love those moments where Hal just ends it. Against Krona, Volthoom, and even Zero Hour Hal against Deimos during Convergence he just keeps getting those moments where he's like "I couldve ended it immediately but I wanted to let the other heroes get some time in". I really want Hal to go back to being a Black for a while, there was so much opportunity teased there. Kyle and Hal teaming up as Life and Death wouldve been awesome. Although I'm happy where we currently are! That "alley rat" scene was brutal.

Yeah, after being nerfed into the ground during the New 52, he's finally back to being a top tier hero again who can stand next to Superman. That whole near speed force singularity thing was bad ass, as well.

Was he really nerfed though? Hal was sent to a dead zone full of black lanterns, survived, became their new herald and killed the first lantern.

WR nope,Parallax influenced Hal to made those decisions but never been able to control Hal, and Hal’s willpower is so strong that he often order Spectre when he is the host for Spectre causing him to hate Hal a lot......

Future Kyle still might be a white lantern since he accepted the source (future Kyle the one with long hair and a beard). Kyle Rayner from rebirth is a green lantern because that's an alternate version of Kyle(different timeline) My theory of course. "DC future's end" story arc said there's infinite realities(each having endless possibilities). So there could still be a different white lantern Kyle somewhere.

Kedar Padgur really powerful, he has the power to potentially nuke a planet and on his monarch state he can trade blows with a bloodlusted superman prime and is a multiversal threat

Captain Atom is strong enough to nuke universes. He usually limits his powers immensely though. When he decided that the multiverse needed better protection he became the super villain Monarch. As Monarch he was strong enough that 3 Supermen (one being vastly stronger than the others), 3 Wonder Women, 3 Green Lanterns and 3 Flashes couldnt harm him. He even was strong enough to toy around with SUPERMAN PRIME, mocking him the whole fight and only losing because he underestimated Prime and Prime kinda committed suicide to win. Superman Prime (who is strong enough to physically destroy universes) got knocked into a coma for 1000 years. Captain Atom got amnesia for a little bit and went back to being a good guy. That should tell you a bit of how strong he is. Theres also Captain Adam, who is like Captain Atom fused with Dr. Manhattan times infinity. At one point he's reading a comic of himself, gets to the page that we are reading, looks up at the audience and starts talking to us. But anyway, the whole Captain Atom type of character archetype are some of the strongest guys in DC.

If you think you know all about Ben 10, well guess what you're already out of luck, Because most of the episodes in Ben 10 part 1 are What if stories, and in later seasons of Ben 10: Alien Force + Ultimate Alien has way too many retcons, The point I'm trying to make here is that the canon in the Ben 10 series is really weird and a complete mess.
