There is no doubt in my mind that Starkiller has incredible raw power in the Force, but lacked a proper teacher. With a proper teacher and a balance between the Light and Dark side of the Force I believe that Starkiller would be just below a fully realized potential Anakin Skywalker, in other words a new Revan.
If I win the lottery, invest it and somehow manage to triple it, I'll happily fund it for the Force Unleashed 3. I'll have a word with Disney and get them to make him canon.
@@johnsaley8703 it’s not possible because Disney wants to do stuff within canon and force unleashed takes place in the legends timeline. That’s why they made a new series of games with cal kestis as the protagonist.
I like the idea of Starkiller being just shy of the level of Luke/Anakin. I think that's plausible. Also considering he was trained by Vader from a young age. I have trouble with this infinite force potential idea, and to me, it comes back to just looking cool for the games.
I think it’s too close Anakin was created by the force so it makes sense for him to be that powerful as well as his descendants. But Starkiller is descended from two regular Jedi knights so him being well above Sidious in potential and almost at the sky walkers is a bit much. I’m glad he’s a legends character and I hope it stays that way. I follow the outlook of he was a character made in a video game to be cool within it nothing more.
Bro what? He already had around the same potential as vader AS A CHILD, at least in the same ballpark. As a full grown adult he's quite likely to be one of the most powerful force wielders in the star wars universe.

George Lucas stated that full potential Anakin would be 2 times stronger than Sidious and Vader after Mustafar in his prime was only 80% of Sidious power so more like Vader is 8,000 Sidious is 10,000 FP Anakin and GM Luke are 20,000
As A Sith Lord.. yeah.. he'd DEFINITELY be at LEAST at Palpatine's level. When he saw the unique opportunity to REPLACE Vader even to his face. The WHOLE reason he WANTED to WAS due to the the Classic Vader as know him coming to being. Sideous was EXTREMELY disappointed in how Vader wound up an feared Vader would NEVER be up to the task of beating him an becoming Grandmaster SithLord Vader. BUT with Galen he saw someone before his eyes, LITERALLY, that he felt FINALLY could by the time of this arcs end. He'd either forced Vader to find a way to turn the tables or die, sicked a whole Army of Elites on Galen many as it took OR killed Starkiller himself, if could, as A Sith .. A max potential JEDI Starkiller as a Grandmaster woulda STILL been almost if not AT an Anakin or Luke level a better Jedi Grandmaster "MAX" ability possible Starkiller comparison for the Light would be COULD Galen EVER have become AS POWERFUL both Force wise AND Combatively as Yoda or Mace Windu or someone similar or would he STILL be quite a bit lower
His innate force potential is likely lower than starkiller. When he was born but after nathema ziost and other rituals I would estimate that he’s quite likely in a tier of his own. This is of course assuming his connection was bolstered by said rituals which if I’m not mistaken he himself has stated
@@jeremyhorner9531valkorion, vitiate and tenebrae are all the same entity, who corrupted worlds and absorbed the force from other beings to enhance his own power. he was truly insane, his end goal was to wipe out all other life in the galaxy. he was eventually defeated in a combined effort by revan and companions, which actually took place in the mind realm rather than a physical battle. all of vitiates victims were in the mindscape to defeat his insanity, jedi and sith alike. an interesting moment in galactic history. he was more powerful than sidious at the height of his power, but I think FP Anakin could defeat him maybe with help and a lot of struggle.

I agree 99% of what you said regarding Starkiller, however let’s not forget that starkiller was someone who was weak willed and easily manipulated throughout the course of both games. Which raises the question, was reaching full potential even a possibility for the young acolyte?
Sure Star Wars fans can talk about ancient Sith lords like Darth Nihilus, Revan, Exar Kun, and Darth Malgus. but StarKiller? He's far more powerful than Darth Sidious because of his skills in the force. Starkiller's Clone is strong enough to deflect Sidious's Force Lightning. Starkiller can stop Tie-Fighters with the force, bring down a Star-Destroyer, and use Sith Seeker. If Starkiller Mastered the trues powers of the Light side of the force, He'll be like Revan, using both the light and Dark side.
Starkiller has and probably always will be one of my absolute favorite star wars characters, hes just so compelling kinda in the same way a character like anakin was for me as a kid and still is to this day, really a shame he isnt a canon character, would love to see a movie about him, i think its well deserved.

A bit more carving out his abilities as is, he could be a crushing force (lol) in his own way, giving Sideous, Vader and Grand Master the fight of their lives. Teach him even a dose more of the light side, I don't think there would be much competition untill the force itself has another coniption.
His potential was suppose to be equal to Sidious own which is why Sidious and Suited Anakin/Vader took such a interest in Starkiller plus his physical abilities made him even more forminable and moldable that and he would be good tool to fool the rebels according to Sids in a alternate ending where Galen got burnt up and paralyzed Sids said had that not happened Galen could of been his equal most likely on power at full potentials but now that he was a broken husk he will be used as a pawn just like Suited Vader, Tyrannus, Maul, Ventress, Grievous etc and then cast aside when he finds someone with a higher count yeah.
Okay, so I have an odd question I've not heard discussed. If it has I'm unaware of it. Strength with the Force is tied to an individual's midichlorian count, right? And they reside in the blood and physical body, right? So, couldn't someone theoretically increase their power through blood transfusions from those whose blood type would be acceptable? Or even create force users in such ways?
My guess is that a person accumulates the exact amount of midichlorians that they are capable of tolerating. So even if possible, artificially adding more would just kill you or drive you mad. Otherwise every sith would do this.

@@charlesduffy9755 I think it has been stated somewhere that count Dooku tried to infuse some jedi blood into general grievous early in his "development" but it failed because after some time all midichlorians died and got replaced with his regular blood cells. Better question is: Would a bone marrow transplant from a jedi be a better idea then? Could this even work?
@bDe4d I was never aware of that. I also didn't know they could die like that, I thought they were small creatures that existed in the blood, not *were* the blood and could get replaced. After all, the body doesn't produce more of them I don't think, hence why a lost limb is a permanent loss of them. But that could also just be because the lost limb means your body can't hold as much blood, so maybe the bone marrow thing could work?
A game staring Luke Skywalker after the events of episode 6 and with his full untapped potential unleashed would be fun. Essentially Force unleashed with Luke and a new story that's takes place outside of the first 2 trilogies
It’s been mentioned that Galen Marek is the polar opposite of Luke skywalker, they are shy of just a year or two in years of age. They share almost the same power but luke in recent events would wipe the floor with him, in the game (sadly not canon) a young Luke got wiped by a suited star killer and even got him to use red force lightning.
Galen Marek's Force Attunement was beyond that of any Sith Lord. And no, Nihilus was an abhorration, created by accident, which makes him "unlisted" by me in this regard. Nihilus did not even had the Force Attunement that Galen had.
Vader and Palpafail combined were not even REMOTELY in Galen's shadow, Force-wise. Galen got only killed for the sake of continuity, for the story. He should have been the New Emperor.
It makes no sense why Revan isn't considered the same power level as Anakin.....yes anakin was the chosen one of That time....But Revan was the chosen one of his Era
An interesting question: Was Starkiller powerful because of his M-count or his unstable emotions? My theory is that force abilities either flow through emotions or peace and that a higher M-count only makes these easier to channel into energy. Like having 1 solar panel to charge a battery or 100. Both will get you there, 100 will just get you there faster. With Galen he's almost like a hormonal teen through much of the games. That screaming, whinning thing he does even gets annoying but he was raised by Vade in intentional emotional abuse so it makes sense.
Vader used Dark Force Transfer on Starkiller to boost his power, and is why Vader wasn't as powerful in Episode 5 and 6. Vader needed Starkiller to be able to take on Palpatine. Also in unleashed 2 you are the real Galen still not a clone Vader lied to Starkiller at the start of the game.
Why Cant we Place him above? He was taking out fleets, Bro took an entire star destroyer out the sky...thats bigger then closking a fleet in invisibility
When I first learned of him, all those long years ago, I liked him. He was badass. I didn't understand why, but I didn't care. Now, closing on 20 years later (when did that happen?), his existence makes 0 sense. His existence causes way more problems than it solves. There's no way in Hell Sidious wouldn't have sensed this guy, and acquired him first to replace Darth Vader. It's actually a nonsensical game.

I awlays believed galen marek was so powerful because both his parents were jedi (force sensitives) making him a "pureblood force user" like as if he inherited his mothers and fathers meticloriens adding to his own

100% start with the Bane Trilogy. Path of Destruction The Rule of Two Dynasty of Evil In that order. They are my FAVORITE legends books and definitely a great place to start. Also the Plagueis novel is 10/10

Vader is 80% of sidious. Galen when he fought vader was maybe 70% of sidious, he beat vader because of his agility and lightning. Lord starkiller id like to think is 90% of sidious always so close but never quite enough.
I think he should be higher than Luke in force powers Starkiller had 22K Midiclorians per cell Luke had 14.5K Midiclorians per cell the numbers speak for themselves maybe Luke is better with a Lightsaber maybe he isn't but in force powers Galen should be higher that being said there is also the possibility of some doing more with less Midiclorians for example Yoda had 17.7K Midicloriansper cell but he was so small that he should have had under half the amount of cells than a human overall in his body but Yoda was still one of the strongest characters in Star Wars wich proves that Midiclorians aren't everything
Well in that part of history I don't really know I am weak in that area, but older generations of Sith Lords and The Sith race themselves, The Zeffo and more. There were a lot of other more powerful beings in times long gone. ONE still a Sith Ghost and even encountered Luke, I am recalling the other video you made about Ancient Sith. I presume in this vid you mean "What do you all think about Starkiller?" in this time period? Like I said I'm not really too savvy about all the new characters Disney or new as in (George) Lucasarts had. I know that sounds ironic because I favor the old Star Wars George era but in hindsight any Star Wars is good if it's not made by Disney of course. Not shitting on Endor and I don't want it to sound that way but if it turns out bad well oh well the show was for not, add it to the pile, I guess.

This is blatantly false. He is absolutely more powerful than Vader in tfu 1. Tfu 2 is debatable (because Vader intended to get captured) but there is a specific sequence towards the end of the second novel that pretty much proves it.

I think he would be just below grand master yoda whos power in the light only came along once in a thousand years. The only people in the whole of star wars more powerful is skywalkers. I would give yoda the edge over sidious as he never lost to him as it was the surroundings and yodas size and weight that caused a draw but on even ground yoda wins by a small margin as he disarmed sidious and contained his max lightening to an explosion and thrown further due to size . With just there sabre and powers yoda edges it. .so would edge starkiller and vadar too. The only beings more stronger is max Anakin and luke. Dooku seen it himself when he got yoda to let in the dark for a brief moment and was terrified at dark yodas potential who he said would beat sidious or any force user ever. As the raw power of the dark mixed with 800 years of training and knowledge would decimate the galaxy. So there you go a brief moment and the power dooku felt terrified him so much he decided to never push yoda that way and told sidious too.
I would say at his full strength he is probably stronger than Sidious but he is not even close to stronger than Luke, Leia or Anakin at their strongest
