I started playing DQ11 few days ago and I remember visiting a village that had a sauna, and while chilling in the sauna with my buddy Erik a lost young girl popped up in the sauna crying looking for her father, we decided to help her out, but I wanted to explore the bath house before leaving, and on the balcony there was a woman standing next to what seemed to be a well, she asked for 20 gold to enter the puff puff, thinking it's some kind of a secret room with treasure I agreed, only to get a black screen with confusing conversation while the lost child was watching. Now this video popped up on the front page of YT to tell me that I puff puffed in front of lost child whom I was supposed to find her father!

In Dragon Quest Builders there's also the power puff puff, that one of the musclemen from Chapter 3 offers you for saving the land. I'd be surprised if that was censored in any way because it leaves the protagonist passed out on the floor with a nosebleed.

There was a "Puff-Puff" scene in DQ9 and it was a bigger jape than ever. The hunters outpost north of batsureg has a little girl who offers a "puff-puff" as a reward for a sidequest. Finishing it will play a silly cutscene of two sheep bumping the player's head with their butts as the "puff-puff".

Actually, the pattycake change is pretty smart and I have to give some props to the translator on that one. I don't know when it actually started, but I can remember pattycake being used as a euphemism for having sexy times back in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, though I'm sure it dates back further than that. That makes that one case more of a form of localization than censorship, imo. Also, on that note, I don't know anyone who calls it "Pat-a-cake", so I'm not sure about it being "more commonly referred to" as that.

Missed out Dragon Quest IX! In one of the nomadic style villages in what I can only loosely remember as being plains and a very Genghis Khan sort of aesthetic, a girl offers you Puff - Puff. Your screen blacks out and there's a comment on the softness... Only for you to wake up with your face resting in a sheep or dog, which then runs away. Been forever since Ive played that game, but you just kickstarted some memories!

Interestingly the Puff-Puff scenes in Dragon Quest 1-3 were kept intact in the GBC rereleases, I remember running into all of them and wondering what this Puff-puff thing was in 1 and 2, and then laughing my ass off at the one in #3 (made having a token male in my party worth it), especially at the fact that all the girls in my party were pissed at him when he got back down.
