Dr. Elizabeth Loftus is a Faculty Fellow of the Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory and is one of the nation’s leading experts on memory. Her experiments reveal how memories can be changed by things that we are told. Facts, ideas, suggestions and other post-event information can modify our memories. The legal field, so reliant on memories, has been a significant application of the memory research. Loftus is also interested in psychology and law, more generally. Prof. Loftus is one of the nation’s leading experts on memory. She has been an expert witness or consultant in hundreds of cases, including the McMartin preschool molestation case, the trial of Oliver North, the trial of the officers accused in the Rodney King beating, and litigation involving Michael Jackson, Martha Stewart, Scooter Libby and the Duke University Lacrosse players.

Thank you very much! I've read about your TED talk in a book dedicated to misconceptions and how easily people tend to succumb to them. And now I've the talk.

Elizabeth Loftus - american psychologist as a result of her research, formulates interesting conclusions about mind’s functioning. She shows the process of creating false memories in witnesses of events such as car accidents or court proceedings. She points out the case of Steve Titus, who was sentenced to spend in jail although he hasn’ t committed any crime ( who, in consequence dies because of these all sitautions). In my opinion this shows, how other people’s memories that are not consistent to our reality, can destroy another person’s life and how easy it is to change people’s further thinking by implying them untrue informations and memories (eg. with parents and eating vegetables by their children). I personally think that these conclusions will give the impulse for new discoveries connected with solving mysteries of our memory.

@@RachardMorris There are like three names you need to know right now and Ghislaine is one of them. She was Jeffrey Epstein's friend and was questioned heavily in court regarding Epstein's Island and his other illicit activities. Dr. Loftus was called on to testify by Maxwell's defense.
