I’m not sure how the Prison system works in Russia but in the US it’s notoriously corrupt. Peaceful protesters like the January 6 protesters are tortured in the DC gulag’s. If the illegal immigrant guards aren’t torturing inmates then they’re taking bribes to allow drugs and weapons into the prisons. in other states prisoners get shaken down for goods which is why if you go to prison don’t use pay pal. you’re just begging to be robbed and the guards won’t lift a finger to help you. or just don’t do anything to get in prison in the first place. But I would assume if you have the money the Guards could be bribed to some degree. There’s no such thing as a perfect system that includes prisons with a few exceptions special prisons for notorious criminals like EL Chapo. Though if someone was desperate enough it could be taken by Siege though hundreds of his men would be killed in the Process and he’d likely be recaptured. In short what I’m trying to say if there is a will there is a way.
