Is that even a scam at this point it's just people not looking out for themselves. This is the kind of thing all business have been doing for eons. A scam is even they access your bank account by pretending to be your lost child or your bank phoning you up. You actually signing up for anything on the internet shouldn't be in the same category. People need to be responsible for themselves.
