The funny thing is they make it sound like he had a terrible season, even with the thumb and 2 starting rookie receivers he was still great. AR from that team on last year's jets with that defense and they 100% make the playoffs, maybe even make a deep run. Better QB in Buffalo. and inept coaching in NY AND Miami will tell the story. Miami defensive staff and players are always in flux. The Jets head coach and OC are very suspect. The Bills staff is solid with the exception of some McDermott decisions.

Ok, let’s look at it this way, when teams played the Jets with Zach Wilson, they knew to blitz’s all the time until Zach made a downfield pass and then they backed off and made Zach beat them. Seeing Rogers and this new OL, blitz’s will be far fewer and Rogers will beat them downfield and with his legs!!!

U agree with joy I can’t take the jets seriously till I see it but I don’t get this thing with the whole “no 300 yard game” arguement. You’d make a better arguement by just saying he showed decline bc he definitely did but not throwing for 300 yards isn’t the way to argue that. Lamar Jackson (and I’m a ravens fan) maybe throws for 300 twice if he’s lucky in one year. Doesn’t mean he’s no good

Joy is a good moderator but so so panelist, so helps her skill utilization when is moderator. Dave brings a journalist skill, stats and can talk positional scheme and draft/trade analysis. Shady and James different personalities but former players to bring personal experience. 🔥

Keep in mind Brady threw 3 picks in a row against the Pack in the championship game and they still won , so maybe the Jets defense can carry them. Also look at Peyton's last Superbowl run with the Broncos

His best days are over. Y’all couldn’t stop the new Bills O in week 9, you’re not stopping it this year. And no-Diggs & Davis didn’t do poo vs ya last year, it was Allen, Shakir & Cook. Bills sweep the entire AFCE this year in route to a 5th AFCE title & first SB. There is no stopping Allen in ‘24

I hate these Superbowl predictions before the first regular season game has been played. The better conversation is whether the Jets make the playoffs. Based on this last season I think that is likely with Rodgers and Tyrod Taylor being better QBs at even this stage than every QB the team had remaining after the injury. That 300 yard thing is overblown. For a team like the Jets I think it is more important that they have a QB that can play mistake-free. If people look into how they did with the worst offense in the league (primarily at QB) they won 7 games, 4 of the 10 they lost were by less than a TD. With Rodgers I believe they win all or most of those close games. That would be 11 wins which would have had them in the playoffs. Regardless of what anybody speculates we won't know anything until we see the final roster take the field over the course of several regular season games.

James you are sto tuck on Aaron that you cannot see anyone else doing the same - like the Chargers. First, I know he's great but put this in perspective. He's won 1 Superbowl and I think only been to that 1 Superbowl. And his last couple years at Green Bay did not show his "typical" performance. So I cannot say that whatever team he goes to is an automatic Superbowl contender. I think the Jets will be a good, competitive team. But other folks in the NFC I believe will out perform the Jets this year. And FYI I don't think the Chargers will either...not yet anyways. They all have to get past my Chiefs to do so
