I'm actually looking for installing one of those in my house because since I came back from Japan I can't live without em.

Yeah, I got back last week. I was so disappointed when I got home and had to use a "poor people's" toilet.

My family had a bidet here in the usa way back in the 90s but it was a separate thing from the toilet. Looked like a toilet without a seat and had a spray. Never experienced the heated life. I just want the heated seat and the music honestly. It would be nice to have a bidet attached to the toilet. So “lucky” here but can’t even have a warm tush😂 Can’t wait to travel to Japan❤

We have TOTO bidets on each toilet. After my first trip to Japan I was amazed that this miraculous technology hadn't made it to the States. Once you experience it, it is hard to go back.

I'm stuck in the US right now, a lot of legal stuff happening. But my home town is Osaka, Japan. Back then I used to travel, and mostly I'll go to Japan. And my biological family will always make sure I get to stay at the main house to save money, and yes the first time I had to go back to the states... I missed it so bad, like right now I wish I had one.... but also I miss my home towns festivals, the Onsens, and so much I can't easily get here in the states.... unless you fork so much money.

🤣🤣🤣 my grandpa have one in our family house, and I first try it I was curious. Had a bit of a jump then I enjoyed all the awesomeness 😁 "Oh may! The first time people try you TOTO, it was always a shocking experience. But when they know you, they are so much happy. They even cry when they have to leave you, but don't worry and don't crack. Another first timer will soon be there again, and you can make that first timer happy once again. You bring us jump scares at first, shoot some even scream like there is a bug in the room. But you always calm them down, unless they are super young. We love you TOTO.....We even try to kidnap you back to our home town." 💖💖💖💖 There you go! A nice Japanese TOTO toilet poem for you Cathy Cat! Soon I'll be able to come home for a bit, and I'll be bringing a few people with me. 🤗 you might be able to see us out towards Tokyo or even Kyoto, but I'll be able to be at my home town in Osaka soon. We are hoping in a couple of years or sooner, maybe 2024-2025! 💖💖💖💖💖 I CANT WAIT!!

If you ever use a Toto in Japan my recommendation is to learn how to warm up the water (in Japanese) first. Freezing cold water will take to another plane of existence. Speaking from personal experience.

Integrated shower toilets are the latest and most advanced. However, when the mechanical shower toilet breaks down, the bidet itself is absolutely inexpensive to repair or replace. However, it is necessary to confirm in advance whether the shower toilet can be installed in an existing toilet bowl.

People often ask what I like about life in Japan. I tell them the food and that it's safe... but really it's the toilets. I just don't want to have to explain why that is exactly.

This is not related and also abit embarrassing to ask. but I noticed no one in the female bathroom in Japan makes a sound when they are using the toilet (urinating) without using the flushing sound or music function. 😅 any one knows the secret? 😂 I feel like I’m rude and odd when I use the public bathroom. I tried putting a think layer of toilet paper to avoid the sound but it only reduces the noise not eliminating it
