Loving your videos! As a new driver, the videos are informative, especially coming from someone who has been on the road themselves! Thanks again and I will continue to tune in!

New to the Channel and new to the industry I just want to personally thank you for the content much love From Christopher Butler with On the Go Dispatching and Trucking
Pretty much all European companies have ways to fix the clock. Forget the resets or running out of hours😃 you text the eld guys and the clock is all good again. I think that eld made it easier for the driver in that case since he doesn’t have to worry about calculating and drawing it out on paper logs. Now they just text and it its all fixed. I see drivers that do 5k+ miles a week.
How do you keep track of the driver's HOS and drive times without pestering them? Also, how do you maximize time by booking loads close together without making deliveries and pick ups too tight? How much time do you typically allow between delivery and new load pick up?
For my own trucks that I run under my authority, I use Keeptruckin ELD. I am not one of those dispatchers who push people. I let them drive by their own pace and I book loads according to their driving habits. That being said, it's hard to have one fit for all policy as far as your schedule for booking loads and having enough time to pu and del. If you have a driver that likes to run without stopping, you will book loads with tight schedules because you know he or she will be on time or early, but if your driver likes to take it easy, you should book loads with open pick up and delivery times so they have enough time in between.
@@NeverStopTRK Does open pickup and delivery times mean it will say from 00:00 to 00:00 or 00:00 to 11:53, which means the load can be dropped off or picked up at anytime?
You can play with it. I would first sort them by rate. Then, I would sort them by deadhead. If the weight is a factor, you can do that too. If I still don't see anything I like, I would switch to age to see the newest loads first.
