Zo mooi om te zien dat je die man zo op zijn gemak stelt Christof en hem te laten durven doorzingen. Dat biedt hem een pak extra zelfvertrouwen. Hoe fijn ook om hem als mens hierdoor te zien groeien en daardoor zijn zangtalent nog mooier tot zijn recht komt ❤ ❤

7:40 That happens to me if I try to hit G5. Feels like I'm trying to swallow my own larynx! But I guess I've got the bottom end (down to around C2-ish). I already know that's a decent range, but I'm never satisfied with myself - why otherwise would I be here! But I still live in hope that someday I will find that elusive flageolet.

Dear singer, I tend more and more to believe that the "Flageolet-passagio" is around E5-G5 so I totally know what you mean. If you can vocalise till a C2, that means your vocal chords are very flexible. Flageolet is just very unknown territory that has to be discovered still by your vocal chords. I can hit E6-G6 but in heady falsetto like dimash did, today my first Flageolet reach A6 and it was really thin and not loud, I'm confused was that a Flageolet or whistle Register? Thanks I'm a bass

Dear Singer, With "heady falsetto" you mean probably a breathy head voice, I hope. Dimash has a full connected head voice and flageolet and will only add falsetto stuff at his own willing to add contrast, breathiness, esthetic musical choices etc :D If it sounds "hooty", if you have the feeling you can CONNECT it to the rest of your range, we are definitely talking about flageolet. @@ChristofChapsis yes "Hoooty" connected from G5 Heady-mix then slowly pushing up to G6 and sometime went G#6/Ab6 but with a lot strain like a cat😸 I wish I can reach 7th octave because it's my 11th octave of my vocal range from lowest C-4
