Indeed ...a nice weldbeed but being a welder myself I know he uses the simplest (and cheapest) electrodes on the market (rutile). It takes a week or so to train someone with some basic welding skills to use those electrodes. Succes guaranteed.
My dear, our inter-cities roads are world-class where the maximum allowed speed is 130 KM, you can have your cup of tea while driving without any disturbance hence you cannot go on such high speed without wheel balancing.
Only this area is industrial and so it’s fucked up cuz they chose area’s where local public won’t go without a reason cuz they all work without license otherwise pakistan has the world most biggest roads infrastructure and also one of the best motorways in the world
@@iamsalngo81 Are you writing comments when sleaping? Plenty of countries have nice roads than floors in all that videos from Pakistan and you saying that the roads in this country are top-notch? HAHA And speed limit for cars in Pakistan is 120km/h for motorways and 100km/h for highways. There is video from Czech guy that took his car to Germany as they have no speed limits as he wanted to drive his car over 400km/h...
@@nuttyc3344 I’ll have to say that for the equipment they are working with, those are good welds. I’m a welder myself, and I’ve seen people call themselves welders and they couldn’t weld half as good. But these people need good safety type shoes, not sandals.. good welding hoods, safety glasses, good welding gloves… safety, safety, safety…so important. I wish these guys the best.
@@JackOfAllTrades2022 I agree with you. They should also take more care with where they put the holes in the star. Some of them were very close to the corners, which can potentially lead to stress cracks and failures. Other than that, they have done an excellent job with the tools and knowledge they have available!
@@5084204 You can think it's OK, that's your view..You can clearly see its all offset...My view is the centre round section should of been larger in diameter. to make material even all around bolt holes.and centralised, then 4 triangle stars coming out to outer rim.and it usually works like 4 bolt holes,4 stars,5 bolt holes 5 stars..Here in Australia we have ROH who supplied thw world with steel car rims,i'm used to quality and engineering.. Those Indian rims could be a Safety Hazzard if tested to a Car Manufacturers standards..
Small metal workshops are extremely important for creation of technologically inclined population. Japan has the same system, a lot of very small metal workshops
Yeah they have small metal workshops, but that's literally where any similarities end. Unlike that mess of a facility they actually make you products that have a quality standard or basic things like safety gear. Whats been shown in these kind of videos is a joke, let alone something any sane person should never put into any sort of car. As well as its a complete lie that a shitty workshop like this is the reason for a technologically inclined population proper education and training of staff is what does.
i used to work for a company making rims for Chrysler back bout 45 years ago and we were making 600 rims an hour , these people are making 1 an hour, thats funny
I find it pretty impressive what they can get done. While I don’t think these rims can be held to the same standard as a machine made wheel I’m sure they hold just fine 99% of the time. U have to consider all cars built in the 40s and 50s were built by hand with basic tooling like this.
Your ideal of primitive tools are industrial metal lathe and heavy duty welder. I guess everyone in the US have primitive tools in their garage or work shop.
@@jimmygrimes8158 No they cant if what they do is talking literal garbage because this "observation" is completely wrong. The machines they are literally the same types of machines then whats been used anywhere in the world up to this date, the only difference is that they are a bit older then what the top notch things these days are and the fact they are kept in horrible condition and nobody maintains them properly. Claiming any of this is primitve is just an insult and nothing short of being dumbfounded.
the process of manufacturing is creative. And how smoothly they are making their products is so hardworking. I respect them. and you too for this video.
But what the governments fail to understand is their importance of adding to the economy of the country. They are failing to award them respect them and acknowledge this fact
I graduated from a voc. HS in '91 welding 3 yrs (I was too much a lazy ass to do anything with it) & watching these skilled guys weld I cringe 😬 remembering spatter, slag getting on my skin & down my boots which were open cause we were 😎, so we thought.
What impresses me isn't the sand floors, zero safety concerns when it comes to footwear, eyewear , arc flash clothing , lawn chairs for production . It's the fact that you never see the guys that have lost toes, fingers, eye(s) .
Tons of respect for the work ethic, environment they work in and their skill in the ability to make these with the limited equipment they have! However, there's no possible way they could keep every one they produce the same. Between the equipment WAY past its design lifespan and no quality control it's unlikely that the reliability or specs are uniform. Still mad respect though
Do they have to be the same? Not all have OCD, and some little differences rearly not harm. We maybe just to hysterical in the west, where none will work on these conditions, but we like have there cheap products and then complain over the unfair competition….
@@hugoquaresma467 personally I was rather disappointed that he wasn't using a Malik brand welder. Has he no pride in his own country? There's videos here of that brand welder being put together. Well worth the watch if you enjoyed this video.
i won’t use the word ‘primitive’ here, more like manual labour, these people is the embodiment of ‘do what you can, use what you have’ phrase. but i’m sure as hell wont wear that kind of clothing when i’m working around a sheet roller, hell no
